The room was really nice and comfortable, but the outside was rundown and the area around was as well

Good price, ok placePosted May 10, 2015
We recently stayed two nights for archery nationals. It was close to the expo center and centrally located to other places. Staff was nice. Our room was ok, but could have been cleaner. Staff did change sheets, per our request, because hair was all over the sheets. The floors were really dirty, making socks black, they really needed mopped very badly. The price was good compared to others in the area, but if I went again I would do more reaeach for a differnt place.

Pros: Central location. Chose this hotel because it was close to airport.
Cons: Appearance of facility very dated; inadequate marking for office area.
Location: Good central location for Louisville, Ky area; limited restaurants in immediate area.
Hotel is located in a run-down area; outside is very uninviting; people hanging around building and parking lot. This was only an overnight stay in order to be close to airport.

Pleasent stayPosted Apr 30, 2015
Pros: Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Cons: It was a little difficult to locate because it's behind a building and there was not adequate signage. Pillows were on the small side.
Location: Right off I-65 for easy travel next morning.
Check in was quick and easy. Room was neat and clean. Everything worked properly. I was able to let my guest check out for me since I had to leave for work sooner than he which was nice (although I didn't get a receipt because of this).

Nice hotelPosted Apr 20, 2015
Pros: Comfortable, clean rooms.
Cons: It was a booked hotel so there was a lot of noise - we could drown it out by running the fan though - if you like white noise it worked well.
Location: close to the expo and fair center - I don't recommend eating at the strip mall that is close - not good
More of a motel with the door on the outside. The room was great though. We stayed for an event that was at the Expo/Fair and the drive was only 7 mins. The room was very clean and comfortable. The ladies that worked the front desk were very helpful - I had requested the top floor and they were very accommodating. There is a guest laundry with 2 washers & dryers. No workout facility or breakfast - basically no frills but a comfortable clean stay. They did offer coffee in the check in desk. I found that this hotel to be a good experience.

Clean, comfortablePosted Apr 7, 2015
Location: Bourbon bars are downtown, about 5-6 miles away. Lousville Slugger Museum was a great tour.
Obviously this is a reconditioned motel. Everything was clean and new.

Nice hotel near airportPosted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: Near to airport 3.5 miles away 6 minute ride in taxi and free tea and coffee.
Location: Close to airport not a lot to do at night.
Stayed here whilst visiting the Mid America Truck Show in Louisville. from the U.K. Near to airport, Debbie and Kimberlee very nice and helpful, Wafflehouse restaurant 3 minute walk if you like hearty good food this is the place.Hotel suited me fine but the location is in a semi industrial area, felt safe at all times. Room was warm and cleaned everyday, suited me fine somewhere to sleep as I was out all day attending the truck show, Kentuckian very hospitable and friendly.

No heat in FebruaryPosted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: Everything was fine except for the situation with no heat in the one room.
I had booked 3 rooms and one of them did not have any heat and it was in the teens outside. The guy in that room called the front desk and was told there were no more rooms available and there was nothing that could be done.It would seem to me that they would have somehow at least gotten a space heater and provided heat.

Nice SurprisePosted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff, clean & comfy room, lots of counter space & outlets
Cons: Bedding could be updated.
Location: Wal-Mart, Target, & other chain stores are 2 miles away. Very close to some restaurants.
Staff was friendly & helpful all during my stay. My room was clean. There was plenty of counter space & work space & several outlets for charging laptop and phones. Bed was comfy. Rooms appear to be very small. Not for extended stay with kids. Getting the larger king room was a good idea. It appeared to be located in an older area with some industrial buildings but was surprisingly quiet even though it is located right next to the interstate.
