“No Clean”
Room was just not clean. The staff was terrific, but not good enough to overcome a dirty room.

Stayed at this hotel for a quick business trip. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well mantained. Would stay here again.

We loved this hotel! The facility was super-clean. The staff were so friendly. The decor was very modern. The indoor pool and fitness room is great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would certainly be willing to re-visit.

Check in was quick and easy with a very courteous staff at the desk. Nice little convenience store section in the lobby was very, well, convenient! Location is very close to major expressways and offers a great deal of shopping and dining options within minutes of the hotel. Major Louisville attractions are also within a 15-20 minute drive. The atmoshpere is amazing! It is very serenly decorated with greens and blues and artistic yet relaxing photos. I was very impressed with the decor and the cleanliness of the hotel. It was far from the typical, corporate style hotel decor and was the closest a hotel has ever felt to being at home, honestly! The ipod dock/alarm clock earned them huge bonus points as well and got a lot of use in my two days. The fitness center is also top notch with individual televisions attached to the machines. Because of all this, it is a popular spot, so the public areas like pool and breakfast could get crowded. Other than that, loved it and will definitely stay there again if I am ever back in Louisville. I travel quite a bit, an this is one of only a couple hotels on my list to choose when in that town again.

Excellent staff, comfortable bed, clean room, and awesome breakfast buffet (sausage, eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, oatmeal, waffles, etc.). Most impressed with the 24hr. complementary coffee and tea available in lobby. Good location for shopping!

Springhill is probably my favorite hotel these days. Nice and new. Clean. Attractive. Good breakfast. Everything was good.
