“One of Jeffersonville,In.best Hotel”

Great place to stay. A refrigerator in room would be nice,cont.breakfast small for a big eater like me but I was able to put something in me in the Morning.This is the 2nd. time that I stayed thair and I will return agine in March of 2008.(Traveler from Wis.)I was there in June 2007 This Hotel is on a dead end road.(Quit Place)

“Best hotel for the price”

I have zero complaints with this hotel. Everything worked, I had hot water, and a clean room. Will definitely stay here again.

“Ok for 1 night.....”

Nothing fancy but a place to hang our hats.

“Comfortable No Frills”

Easy to find, Nice room, king size bed, no smoking rooms, clean, neat, worn, family priced.

“Nice and economical place to stay”

A couple of minor room problems, but, fixe3d promptly after reporting at the desk the next day. Not enough lighting in the room, but, that's typical of most rooms now days with the low wattage bulbs they put in! Room keys cards had to be reprogramed when we got back from on day trip for 2nd night -- Why? that was a bit annoying!

“Great service but uncomfortable stay”

the service at the hotel was good but we had three rooms and two of the three had leaky toilets. The beds were a little uncomfortable but if your only staying over night it wasn't to bad. The location of the hotel was good!

“acceptable for budget travel”

We were in the rear of the hotel (away from the highway), and it was sufficiently quiet there. I don't know how the rooms facing the highway are in terms of noise. You can't open the windows, which I can partly understand (to avoid TV theft or guests falling or whatever), but the ventilation system doesn't refresh the air -- it just stays stale no matter how long you run the fan or AC. Maybe the filters need to be changed more often. Otherwise, this place fits the bill for budget travel accomodations.

“Great Service but not great hotel”

I called the hotel in the morning to confirm our reservations and to make sure that a infant bed of some kind would be available for us when we arrived. The person at the desk didn't even know what I was talking about and had to go ask someone if they had a bed. He said they did and I asked for it to be put in the room so I could have it when we got there. We arrived around 10 p.m. and children and I were very tired. The bed was in the storage room on the other side of the building. We waited for about 25 min for the bed situation to get figured out. The bedding had cigeratte burns in it. The floors and chairs had stains through out and the bathroom had dirt all over walls and the bathroom floor had hair from previous guests. Breakfast was very small and limited. We had to go somewhere else for breakfast. We wanted to get out of there as fast as we could. The front desk when we arrived was very helpful and nice. But that don't matter much if the place doesn't feel or look clean. Spend your money elsewhere.

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!”

CHECK IN TIME IS SUPPOSED TO BE 11:00AM HAD TO WAIT UNTIL 11:30AM. WHEN FIRST WALKED INTO ROOM THE CARPET WAS FILTHY!! IT HAD NOT BEEN VACCUMED, THERE WERE PIECES OF WHO KNOWS WHAT ON THE FLOOR. THE CARPET WAS ALSO VERY STAINED. THE ROOM SMELLED OF CIGARETTES(NON-SMOKING ROOM) AND B.O.. THERE WERE BLACK MARKS ON THE WALLS. WHEN OPENED THE BEDS THERE WAS A LONG HAIR ON ONE OF THE PILLOWS AND THE SHEETS HAD BURN HOLES AND STAINS. THE PADS UNDERNEATH THE SHEETS ALSO HAD STAINS. THE ALARM CLOCK WAS BROKEN. WHEN REENTERED ROOM IN THE NIGHT SMELLED MILDEW AS WALKED IN DOOR. CAN NOT GET ICE AT NIGHT BECAUSE THE MACINE IS IN THE LOBBY WHICH IS LOCKED.

“Don't go to this motel!!!!”

This motel is in need of some updating. The mattress was not good. The tub was stopped up when my husband took his shower and he thought it would drain out and it backed up more from somewhere else. I would not recommend this motel until it was remodeled. The price which was suppose to be a bargain was way way too much.
