My review may be really bad but the staff was awesome. They work in a crummy motel and there is only so much they are able to do about that. The room was disgusting. The smell of the room was horrible, the sheets had burn marks in them and the toilet seat along with the shower were all stained. But again the staff was incredible just wanna emphasize on that.

The worst hotel in Louisville, maybe the world. Be prepared for a $40 cash deposit (that is returned once they go check your room out when you check out). Dead cockroaches in the refrigerator. Floors were caving in. The hotel is a no smoking hotel but our room smelled like 1,000 cigarettes had just been smoked in it. Whole place is falling apart. Front desk people were friendly enough though which is about the only redeeming quality

We had no key for the room we were put in, management had to let us in every time we left! First room we were given didn’t have a t.v in it and smelled of mildew second room still no key but did have a t.v but the heat didn’t work and we had no toilet paper and when we asked for some was told it would be 9am when housekeeping got there! If you’re desperate it’ll work!

The airport shuttle was broken down. That was the ONLY reason I picked this hotel. Clerk told me to get an Uber to the airport but it was a super early pickup and flight...so I left. Couldn't risk missing the flight. The place was pretty run down. Very disappointed.

I was surprised I booked this property based on other reviews but I did. When I checked in I was told the only room with a queen bed they had left had no TV. I said ok; I'll just use WIFI (which never connected so I used my hotspot). I got to my room on the third floor and the first thing I did was kill a large bug. Then I noticed my door had no security bolt. I was up at 6 a.m. listening to other guests yelling at each other using foul language, including the N word. I wish I had that bolt. I couldn't leave fast enough but also understand I booked it without reading previous reviews.

Bed bugs so I canceled my stay and requested refund because they were booked they laughed in my face and told call corporate they lied to Expedia said I refused new rooms that were never offered bc they were booked also filing a complaint with code enforcement due to only one entrance and exit and no attempt to get rid of bed bugs

The front desk staff were nice and friendly and the lobby looked updated and nice. The room was another story. It was shabby. The blankets had holes in them and one of the beds had a huge sage in the middle. The towels and sheet were worn and looked liked they were not clean. The toilet barley worked. It’s a low price for a reason.

Basic hotel, decent stay for the money. Staff were great, couldn’t get the TV Remote to work so they gave us a different room. Worse thing was breakfast—no juice, cereal was stale, milk was frozen, no sugar/sweetner.

Just look elsewhere!
Immediately upon walking in, the smell of cigarettes and air freshener was overwhelming and sickening—literally burning our noses. Inside the room, the smell wasn’t that much better, but more tolerable to a degree. That wasn’t the least of the issues, though. The vinyl flooring was buckling and wavy, creating a trip hazard. The thin mattress and stained comforter was plain gross. The toilet seat was broken and hanging on one latch. The breakfast was lacking choices of much of anything—the juice machine was even broken. AND the kicker…there was NO HOT WATER in the whole hotel. Their boiler had apparently flooded the night before and they didn’t know when it could be fixed. So, showering in ice cold water was our only option—which we didn’t do! Not ok when we were there for a networking weekend for our business. We decided to check out after that first night, asking for a refund for the second night. They fobbed off the request and never returned our call or money! We probably would have tolerated everything else and stayed the second night, but not being able to shower was the last straw. I understand that things break (the boiler), but they didn’t even try to make it right with the customer. Side note, they were doing laundry in that cold water—I believe all hotel laundry needs to be washed in HOT water.

A horrible nightmare.
The reason I chose this motel,it was close to work. The room they put us in looked like the couple that stayed there punched a hole in the bathroom door, tore the towel rack off the wall,tore the fire alarm off the wall. Do i need to go on? Yes there was a huge bed bug crawling across our pillow. Of course i killed it. It left a blood stain on the pillow case. My moped was locked up on the side of the building. Someone cut the lock an took my only means of transportation. Its been hell!!!!!!!

The stay was good. The breakfast was completely cleaned up at 8:50 am and the drink machine was out of order. So I couldn't get O.J. wow so disappointing! They had bed bugs in my room. Only one garbage can that was in the bathroom. A big hole under the new floor when you enter the bathroom. So be careful going in and out. Put your clothes on the desk so you don't carry those bugs home.

The worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. No Fridge or Microwave, the tv was unplugged, when plugged in we found the remote without batteries. 3/4 of each bed was completely unusable having to sleep on the far edge. Went to the bathroom, the floor tiles were demolished and there's a carpet along the base of the bath that had very noticeable mold. Look into the bath and there's a bug of some sort. Room 204 should be condemned and this property should be reported to the Kentucky Department of Health.

You get what you pay for and I learned this the hard way for sure. My room was a dive. The lock didn’t even work on the door so the hotel could not give me a key. They had to accompany me and open my room every time I returned. There were no towels on arrival. The tile in the bathroom floor was in extreme disrepair and a hazard for tripping or toe injury. The toilet paper wall dispenser was broken. The safety handle in the tub was broken out leaving a physical hole in the tub. The tub itself had multiple discoloration splotches. The toilet had a slight red smear on the seat. It turned out to be permanent but extremely off putting. The free breakfast was ONLY the DIY waffles. Not one other item. I chose this hotel because it said they had a free airport shuttle in the description. They didn’t and haven’t for years. Just didn’t bother to remove that from the online advertisement. My return flight home had me leaving the hotel at 4 AM in the morning. This was in particular one of the reasons why I wanted a hotel shuttle so that I would feel safe. While I was in the parking lot waiting for my Uber driver in the dark, a van pulled up and a man got out and attempted to trick me into thinking he was my driver and wanted me to come with him. I have never been so scared in my life. I would never stay here again in a million years.

Horrible!
First when you walk in the smells hits you in the face room look okay at first but then you realize theres roaches we killed 2 had at least 3 more that we encounter could not even sleep cuz we felt it crawling on our body 1/10 dont recommend at all great place to send your in laws if you dont like them... the noise from the airport is present but overall not too bad compared to the rest....

Bad place I ever stay! The room was so dirty, all the towel not clean, and smelled! I was booked the room with 2 beds, and my whole family was stay the same room. The horrible thing is something look like a bug was bite my husband and I think that bug exactly is dog flea! He got it bite from a bug on his whole body, and its was on 2 beds we staying! I look around the bed, and its a lot bugs around! When we come to lobby, and tell the staff what was going on with us, but she not really happy because we was complaining! horrible service ! I have to check out right away at 1:00am
