This hotel is located on a small hill but there's a lift available, really close to Lourdes Sanctuary. Please be sure than you'll have a scheduled transport in advance because is not so easy to find it. Not a lot far from train station and you can walk it if necessary...if you're a healthy person. Nice place.

The hotel is reasonably priced and close to the restaurants, but it's in need to basic cleanliness, partclalry the visibly dirty carpet in the stairwell. I also found the bedding itchy on my skin.

We checked in around 8 pm, we were surprised by the dirt under the beds and the linens weren't clean Breakfast is good as well as the location

It is very close to the grotto. Walking distance to all the places. The only thing we were disappointed with is that they don't even provide a kettle of water for drinking water or a cup of tea.

Doesn’t deserve a single star
No Aircon, no iron service, no food allowed into hotel room, rude staff, extremely noise throughout the night. Did not expect much from a 3 star hotel but it lacks basic necessities. The rooms were extreamly hot as the weather was 34 degrees outside.

The day staff was great, in the evening, people wanted cafe or drinks and the one person to check guests in and out of hotel, was overwhelmed and told guests she couldn't attend to the bar. Most of the hotels on Lourdes are the same. OI would definatley had paid more money for a nicer hotel

Good but not great
The majority of the rooms in the hotel have a shower over a bath. The bath is very difficult for those who are challenged with getting over a high bath. We asked for a different room and were told that only three rooms were disability approved. Luckily the room was changed to a larger room with a disability shower. One person at reception was very helpful but most were offhand and not very helpful. The breakfast and dinner were good but not fantastic. The location is reasonable but there is quite a bit of walking required to the main attractions. The parking is a spare lot up a very steep Hill. It is really very poor and also very difficult to find. The reception were not very helpful and there was a lot of miscommunication. Overall this hotel is adequate but not excellent.

Location is great and the hotel provides parking. Those are the pluses. In the minus column is the person at the reception desk was pleasant and helpful once she decided to help us but preferred to help others or attend to paperwork first. Also only one outlet in the room and no air conditioning. It was a very hot and uncomfortable night for sleeping. There are so many other hotels in the area I probably won’t stay there again unless it is a cooler time of year.

It’s very close to the grotto and all the cafes and restaurants, the breakfast is at a reasonable price considering it’s an open buffet with cold and hot food but the rooms aren’t as good as they look the hair dryer is the worst plus the rooms has very thin walls so it could be very disturbing at some points

Property was close to Sanctuaires Notre-Dame de Lourdes and just under 5 min walk. Rooms were clean and tidy.One thing I preferred and missed in the room was a kettle and a cup. Other than that it was alright.

Overall was fine apart from car park, there's a public car park close to the hotel. First day didn't like it but car park was ok in s just walking distance.

A great place to stay
Very close to the Grotto and there is a lift to make the access to the church much more convenient. With the price they offer for a night, everything is simple, yet beyond our expectation.

Hate giving bad review as this adversely affect biz but during our stay, we lost the power in the room and when we informed the hotel, we were told that they lost power on the whole 4th floor and we have to wait the next morning. The breaker just probably tripped and had to be reset. Needless to say, we checkout the next morning and still no power.

The restaurant personnel were very friendly and accomodating. We like the cleanliness of our room but we could have used some hooks for hanging the towels we were using. I like the fact that it was very close to the Shrine and we could go back and forth as much as we wanted. For the money, I would not hesitate to recommend your hotel to my friends.

room was clean. washroom was very clean. towels fresh and clean. cotton bedsheets were comfortable to sleep.staff ordered the taxi for pickup and leaving. since my room was next to the lift constant noise at night time. would have been better if each room had a safety box. over all rating value for money

amazing hotel
The hotel is well situated within the grotto. Breakfast is delightful. Room is very clean, plenty clean towels. How we wish there's a kettle to use if we want to make our own coffee or tea. Staff is wonderful. Overall experienced, 4.8 well done I will recommend this hotel

Hotel was comfortable. Wifi wasn't great to be honest. Heating didn't work. And no air con so something to be aware of. Close to the sanctuary so easily accessible.
