Great location and close to the Lourdes Shrine

The hotel is located close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean however the toilet seat needs replacement. Our room has a small but nice balcony. Breakfast is adequate. Great rate and will definitely stay there again in the future.

Stylish reception/lounge rooms. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Level of English spoken was excellent. Good WiFi system which also worked in our room. Free parking (sometimes full) on private ground opposite the hotel or secure garage parking available nearby at €9 per night. Not all rooms have air con.

El hotel es un hotel de 2 * (tal y como aparece en folletos informativos, en su propia fachada, en diversas indicaciones informativas, etc..) reconvertido en 3* (gracias no se a qué). El aseo-servicio es antediluviano (las tuberías de alimentación de agua y los desagües están al aire pintados en gris; no hay ni un solo toallero para colgar las toallas, estas se colocan sobre la cisternas y estas a su vez impiden abrir el ventanuco y el paso de la luz) y para poder cerrar la puerta de entrada hay que pasar a la ducha. En resumen, me he equivocado, pero no obstante no encuentro el motivo de las estrellas de la Guía Michelin, a menos que se refieran a otro hotel diferente al que yo he utilizado.
