Very convenient

Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: Staff was very friendly, breakfast buffet has a wide selection of bread, yogurt and you get to cook your own eggs which is great...
Cons: None really, keep it up
Location: Near the train station where there is a selection of where to eat and when you go down the street going to the Grotto, lots of cheap but good restos
Its so so near the train station. The hotel staff is very very helpful and since its always raining in Lourdes, they have umbrellas that you can borrow. Great breakfast as well!

Pros: The proximity to la gare , (train station)
Cons: A little ramp to enter the restaurant and the reception area if one is with a baby in a stroller( my case) or a person in a wheelchair .
Location: The main train Station it is across the street.
The train station is just across the street , which it was my main reason to choose this hotel , the hotel is very clean , and everything look renovated. Good air conditioner

Beautiful hotel in Lourdes France

Posted May 11, 2014
Pros: Quiet location
Cons: Hotel said they had a shuttle to the airport, but did not run for early or late arrivals.
Location: Lourdes is a location for spiritual healing. The grotto, churches and religious services were beautiful and very moving.
Lourdes was a beautiful city providing a peaceful visit. Hotel had an excellent staff and dining. Room was good but bathroom was really small. Commode behind the door did not allow door to fully making entry into bathroom difficult. Also calling hotel for a taxi, I kept getting a recording. E-mail that we were arriving late went to spam mail so it was hard to let them know we were arriving late at 9:30 pm.

Excellent Hotel in Lourdes

Posted Oct 19, 2013
Pros: Location to the train station and away from the commercialism.
Cons: Better maps.
Location: We thought it was a great location as we traveled by train. The Grotto is about a ten to fifteen minute walk.
The hotel was just across the street from the train station making it very convenient to find after traveling from Paris and very easy when leaving. There was little to no noise from the trains as they are all electric. It was very clean and we had a superior room classification room which was well worth the extra cost as it had much more room than I expected. The staff was very courteous and helpful. This hotel is away from all of the commercialism of Lourdes and from our observation was one of the best looking hotels in town. It was about a ten to fifteen minute walk to the grotto and you have to be careful to follow the signs but once you now the route it is not bad. We stayed here 2 nights and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic view .Looks like a chateau

Posted Oct 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Fantastic views Outside looks like a chateau. Beautifully decorated I fell in love with the colours .That is why I booked this hotel when i saw it on line. The room was small & we were surprised how small when we arrived and the lack of storage ie no chest of drawers & lockers. The food was good, and the dinning room was beautiful .The staff looked after us well. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a hotel. I find most are too hard for my back. we came on a pilgrimage to the Grotto. Thanks for being part of a wonderful experience. Location of hotel for buses was very handy for town & airport.

Very close to the train station -2 minutes walk.

Posted Oct 1, 2013
Pros: Clean room and friendly staff
Cons: The elevator to make a smooth ride.
Location: Close to the hospital -walking distance, very close to the train station, taxi and bus terminal. Vietnamese restaurant - Terrace- couple doors down:)!
Nice walk to the Shrine - about 10-12 minutes. The staff are very friendly and very nice. Food is great and the room is clean. The elevator bounds a little bit before it stops. Hotel desk is not available between midnight to 6:00am. My second time to stay in this hotel this year. I would certainly recommend it!
