The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Nice view from the balcony in a quiet location. Easy walk to the sanctuary, lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. I didn’t get to eat at the restaurant in the hotel, as our stay was a short one. Would stay here again. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Satisfied
We were late and were afraid that we lost our room. But the service was amazing we were so tired and the room was given in a matter of minutes. Kudos to the front desk people. They also call a taxi cab on our return/check out.

Close to the Santuary, nice reception, okay rooms
The air conditioner was not working - in one room it started after requesting help but it went off during the night, and the other room did not work at all. Seems as the receptionist has some sort of control on it. This was very unfortunate.

Service and location were excellent. The reason I was not happy was the bed. It was literally a very thin mattress on top of a wood base. It was terrible. I’m sorry that the room was uncomfortable because other than that it was very nice

Highly recommended
The hotel is walking distance to Lourdes, restaurant and souvenir stores. Very friendly staff. It made our short stay very memorable.

The location was ideal for walking to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes. We felt safe walking back to our hotel after the night procession The noise level on our high floor end unit room was annoying. Loud conversations next door and in the hallways in addition to knocks on our door late at night made for some sleep interruptions

Our train was delayed and upon arriving to hotel the front doors were locked. A staff member opened them and got us checked in without any issues. Perfect, centralized location for everything in Lourdes.

You can’t wrong if you are visiting Lourdes, you are a less than five minute walk to the grotto! The staff is attentive and very quick to resolve any issues. Our air conditioning was off in the room when we arrived and they dealt with it right away and the a/c temperature was great. We also paid for the buffet breakfast when booking and it was totally worth it. A full spread including gluten free toast/breads/crackers for someone like myself with gluten allergy. The rooms are clean, yes a bit dated like others have said, but the beds were comfortable, showers spacious, and modern. For the price it is definitely a place I would stay if back in Lourdes one day.

The receptionist gave us a room that was assigned to someone that why our card didn't work. She has to assigned us another room. Other than that, the room was check and quiet.

Air condition wasn’t working at all. Was keeping going the reception but their keep lying that the AC is on but in the room it wasn’t on at all. So be careful guys this place needs a renovation ASAP. Staff also rude.

The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The front desk allowed us for an early check in and changed our assigned room so we can rest early especially that we came from a long trip from Paris.

This was my second time and I love the location and the staff were very helpful the only thing is the breakfast ends very early and the dinner doesn't start till 7pm but the food is good and reasonable I will definitely go again

Great loacation.
Fantastic quadruple room with 4 single beds. Showeroom clean. Had toiletries and towels. No kettle. But filter machine. A/c not very poweful. But location is Fantastic. 5 min walk from sanctuary. Breakfast lovely. Would book again

It is definitely not a 4 star property. The room size is quite snall and amenities are not like other 4 star properties we have stayed before. Breakfast options are quite limited. The only plus point is its location.
