The hotel has a huge parking lot. Parking used to be free - now they charge $15 per night for self-parking in the nearly empty lot. This is a blatant money-grab and very disappointing. They have also limited the "manager's reception" hours, drinks, and food. Also very disappointing.

Being charged 14.00 a day to park in this area that was included for years is a complete ripoff. Will not stay at this location again! Will not allow my employees to stay at this location. The ONLY hotel in the area to charge for parking like it’s Midtown NYC. Wake up it’s Loveland!

The property was clean and quiet and the staff was excellent. Our only complaint is the beds seem very soft.

Pay for parking pay for WiFi called room Services twice to get extra blankets and they said ok but no one came. Then we Needed more towel 6 peoples only four towels we ended up going to the desk and getting them ourselves

Overall we had a lovely time, all the staff were kind and helpful. We stayed in December and most recently this March-and while the breakfast buffet was delicious-both times the signs said they had a plant-based option at the omelette station but they did not seem to have any understanding of it. The manager reception was a lovely treat and great way to get ready for dinner. The desserts in the restaurant in the lobby were excellent too! If dining, try the crispy brussel sprouts starter-we all loved it!

We stayed one night. Great place to stay if attending an event at the event center right next to the property. Breakfast and managers reception are good. You do have to pay for parking. Would stay here again.

Beds were extremely comfortable, which is not common in hotels. The facility is exceptional and very grand. Continental breakfast was very good and the dinning room is able to accommodate everyone. No lines for food and always a place to sit and eat. This was a good experience and we will be back!

Good size of room, clean, attached to a convention center which is good if you are at the convention. Right off the freeway and pretty convenient. Most of the town smells a little like manure For the price and convenience it was worth it

We liked the friendly atmosphere and the condition of the motel. We didn’t like how low to the floor the toilet was. We will definitely stay there again though.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly. The only complaint is as big as this hotel is, there is no hot tub. I was looking forward to going into a hot tub.

The entire staff there was outstanding! Constance at the front desk was kind and efficient checking us in, the kids loved the pool, Manager’s reception was delicious and such a treat… we had dinner in the Grill and everything there was brilliant; recommend the crispy brussel sprouts, and their pizzas! The breakfast was brilliant too, everyone was pleased and full for the next part of our adventure. Many thanks to all the staff in Loveland!!
