Two nights, quite pleasant.Posted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: Modern, clean, quiet, reasonable rates and a very friendly staff. For our needs the location was ideal. Our room had the quietest HVAC unit ever!
Cons: Repair: 1) Tighten/replace washer in bathtub spray wand at wall; 2) Repair broken arm on desk chair; 3) Seal/fit around door - too much hall light
Location: Again, great location for our needs - close to everything Springdale has to offer yet away from the heavy traffic.
We were in town two nights to help a daughter move from one apartment to another so we didn't spend much time at the motel except to clean up and sleep.

Much betterPosted Jan 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
The last time we stayed here there was strong cigarette smell in the hallway. That was completely gone! The hotel had a very fresh smell to it. The only problem I had was there was no clerk at the desk when we arrived, and I had to wait several minutes to check in. Turns out the clerk was cleaning the carpet and didn't hear the service bell. Otherwise, it was a comfortable, pleasant stay.

Nice and convenientPosted Dec 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Except for the heavy cigarette smell in the hallway, it was a nice hotel. Check-in was speedy, the clerk very friendly and accommodating. We had a non-smoking room, which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was minimal. Very close to shopping and the highway. We'll probably stay there again.

a little dissapointedPosted Nov 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
this hotel has fallen off in quality....there were cleaning supplies left in our room and we even killed a cockroach!! the breakfast was very average. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this hotel again.

Stale smoke smellPosted Oct 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room had the smell of stale smoke in it although it was a non smoking room.. Hallways smelled the same. Check in person was nice and friendly .. Check out person barely spoke... All of this combined will probably keep me from staying there again.

Handle for the John BrokenPosted Sep 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Awful! The handle for the toilet broke off and the connecting link inside the tank looked like a pretzel. The tub's fiberglass was flaking off and the faucet dripped. Other than that, it was okay.

Pros: Convenience to interstate and our destination.
Location: It was within 5 minutes of our family we were visiting and close to restaurants and WalMart.
Stayed one night. Check in at 10:00 p.m. Check-in hostess was very friendly and wecoming. Enjoyed our stay.

Helpful & FriendlyPosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Thanks to the lady at the desk, who was friendly and very helpful when it came to answering all my questions. The room was spotless & comfortable, and the ease of access to the hotel off I-540 was great (although it was a confusing left turn into the driveway--a bigger, more detailed sign would help). We enjoyed our one night there.
