Good hotel and service
Location is good for me in Kaarst, a fair distance away from Dusseldorf. Pleased with staff service and hotel quality. Dinner menu too narrow.

The room was nice and clean. Queen size bed with small duvet (1 person). Breakfast buffet (included) was good, lots of choices and a carafe of coffee. Outdoor patio was available for seating. Staff was pleasant and helpful, despite my lack of German. There was a gate to parking at street. I was dropped off and picked up so there was a bit of a walk to hotel entrance. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We specifically looked for a property with ev charging and this hotel was offered. The night receptionist did not know about any charging station in the premises. The air-conditioning in the hotel room was also very warm even if we choose the lowest Celsius options, it was no use. Other than that, the room was okay.

What I liked: 10 minute walk from the S-Bahn || Peaceful area || close to an Aldi || clean property and nice rooms || Kind and helpful staff What I didn’t like: Limited selection of the types of breakfast (although the options of the breakfast there were completely fine and made decently) Overall: No real complaints with the hotel, the staff were helpful despite me not knowing German. I would definitely go there again. Rating: 4.5/5

Nice hotel, super friendly staff specially Laura ❤️, good location, cheap car parking (€8/day) and limited free parking available nearby. Clean, quiet, and spacious rooms with A/C and super comfy double bed. Negattives: although it is a 4-stars hotel, there was no fridge in the room. In addition, no robes and no slippers. The swimming pool was small. It barely fits 6 adults. There was sauna but no steam room. Moreover, no towels is provided in the pool area. I did not try the food in this place. In general, I recommend this hotel.

Nice suburban hotel
Very nice hotel in a quiet suburban location. Access to the IKEA Station was just a short walk away which made travel easy. For those with a vehicle there was ample parking in a large well lit lit. Rooms were huge with comfortable bedding. Staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in early after a very long flight.

Fantastic hotel in Kaarst (about 20 minutes outside of Dusseldorf). Very helpful staff. Good sized pool and gym area. A short 3 minute walk to main train line into Dusseldorf. Highly recommended.

Clean, but comfort and convenience lacking
Hotel is very clean and efficient and rooms are quiet. Prices for the restaurant and bar is fair. What isn't so good is that you have to pay for parking (this is an out-of-town hotel) which for me isn't justified for hotel guests. Also, the single beds seem narrow, but the duvets are extremely narrow - so much so, they keep moving off you on one side or the other which doesn't make for restful sleep.

A decent hotel if you are driving on the nearby highways. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They charge for parking but you can park for free just outside on the street. We stayed after flying in to DUS airport. It was about 20 mins driving from the airport.

I've stayed in this hotel before and it has great facilities and environment. The only bad thing is the lingering bad body odor smell that is always in the halllways but not necessarily in the room. But I would stay here again

This hotel was fine. Nothing special but functional and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Please note that this hotel is approx. 10km away from the city centre so costs around €50 in a taxi. The nearest tram stop is a 20 min walk away so not ideal with luggage. There is not much in the surrounding area - only car show rooms and Ikea.

Paranormal but good stay
Been here in past stays. Was great. This stay I felt there was a friendly ghost in the room. Whilst lying in bed at night, had the strong smell of vitalis hair tonic flow through the room. Strange. But I'm believer in those kind of things. No harm. No foul.

Too much noise starting past 8 30 in the morning. Rather than that, great breakfast, parking, close to the Bahn station. The staff speaks good English, very helpful. Both paid parking with video surveillance as well as free parking is availble. I have not used the pool or wellness area, but have seen many people using it. Kids friendly, too.

Stayed at this hotel with my wife for a weekend in July while we were visiting friends in Kaarst. The hotel room was excellent for the price we paid. We didn't have breakfast or use the restaurant so can't comment on the food.

First impression arriving in the lobby was good as the reception area looks recently renovated and has an appealing modern decor. In great contrast with the rest of the hotel once you step out of the elevators. Room furniture is outdated, tired and in dire need of renovation (at least in my room). Hallway and room carpet in need of at least a good cleaning or to be replaced. Staff is overall friendly. Shuttle to airport cost 25€ which I thought was a bit expensive.

Old property and uncomfortable pillows
This property is showing its age, but it doesn't affect the quality of the stay. The pillows however are not acceptable and there are no alternatives, despite booking a suite. Bathroom is nice but the shower & tub combination is a dated and hazardous element that should be eliminated. The suite should be upgraded to have a separate bath with a whirlpool and another with only a shower.

Great hotel even though location is not ideal.
We enjoyed our stay as we were 2 adults & 2 small children (5 & 2). The hotel was clean and there was a pool area to take the children. The suite we stayed in was perfect to allow the children to go to sleep while we could stay up and enjoy the evening. The breakfast buffet was top notch and very filling. We stayed there to attend an event at the Messe Dusseldorf and it was only a 15 minute drive away from the hotel so it worked out perfectly.
