Nice update in the room, need to update sheets but overall a good stay, everyone is always nice.

Good value for price

Was definitely a good hotel to stay in overnight. There's were only two issues I found with this hotel.... First was the extremely rude lady that checked me in. I think she said two words to me and was very cold toward me. The second was that the bathroom vanity and toilet were not seperated from each other. This is important when sharing with someone. The breakfast was very good and a lot to choose from. Get rid of the bad hotel staff and this hitel would be perfect.

LAZY FRONT DESK STAFF COMING FROM NIGHT SHIFT.

Pros: nothing, the price is not good either for customer service sucks.

I booked one night to stay in ABV in Lubbock with my family, I understand that you can park your vehicle in front of your room which is great, however, no tissue available and few towels is on the bin, we were tired from 6 hrs drive and check in late. Not recommended this type of hotels in COLD or WINTER condition for you have to walk in the parking lot for you to buy something at a dispense or get coffee whateverr. The next day we are in a hurry for our appointment and my wife called front desk and requested TOWELS and they say OK, almost half an had past and no towels. I called in to the front desk and the duty from the night says NO ONE CAN DELIVER TOWELS FOR HOUSEKEEPING IS CLOSE STILL, obviously what he is saying is that I have to walk to the front desk across parking lot @ 45F temperature early morning. SERIOUSLY? He was so rude to the point he hang up the intercon,that morning ruined our day. The staff has no ethics and manners and zero KNOWLEDGE in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Towels and small bathroom items is part of the service of what the customer has paid for and they were not able to deliver it. BTW the airconditioning is installed below main window and the curtains are short, so when you turn a/c on people outside from the lot of your room will see you for the curtains fly, you have to improvise for the curtain not to fly like superman's cape. I want refund for my stay.

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. Service was great, breakfast was good and service was excellent.

Second time staying here. It's worth the stay. Nice quiet environment. High speed internet. Definitely recommend.

Great Room, Great Rate.

Very Quiet, Room Was Clean, Hot Breakfast was ready the next morning, and staff was friendly. The Hotel is in the outskirts of town, but very quiet. My family and I even took a walk outside, around the entire the area, and felt safe.

Can't beat it for the price!

We've stayed here a few times and have never had a problem. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly and it's an unbeatable price. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't it, but if you're just sleeping at a hotel and spending the day doing other things, it's perfect. We will stay here again :)
