Great room and service

Good room but terrible smell

Room was comfy and no problems with other customers but the room had a strong odor of smoke which made my clothing smell like smoke which I do not smoke at all.

In the middle of nowhere

Pros: Comfortable bed and comfortable bath tub.
Cons: More updating
Location: Really, there was not anything to do in the general area.
This was not near where I needed to be but for the money it was okay. It was right next to a highway and I heard cars and trucks all night long. The room was comfortable. The staff was excellent.

Rooms where clean and staff was great. After a long day of work it was nice to know what we would be coming back to, to rest and relax.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room, however, wasn't what we were expecting. We found 3 roaches, mold in the bathroom, and soiled floors, although they had been vacuumed. The television worked only after it was unplugged then plugged back in. Hotels.com said they were recommended, so I will have a hard time believing stars and recommendations.

Good and curteous staff

Motel rooms were hard to get over a TxTech Football game weekend. Only vacancy was smoking. We do not smoke. The room was aired out. We could still tell it was a smoking room, but the staff did a good job airing it out. Will stay again in the future.

Worst place in Lubbock I've stayex

Was given smoking room by error. Clerk said hotel full. It wasn't unless everyone came on a bus. Room reeked. Walls thin. No hand soap all weekend. Will not stay there again.

Hotel was nice! We loved the hot tub in the room.

The hot tub was wonderful. A few absorbent, or big towels for the hot tub would be helpful and having the bathroom electrical outlets that only work when the lights are on isn't too convenient. Otherwise the room was very comfortable and pet friendly. Thank you
