Rooms were clean and comfortable as long as you're okay with mattresses that are firm. The breakfast provided was more than sufficient. If traveling with pets the hotel can accommodate you but be aware there is a small fee to cover the incidentals of cleaning after them.

Stayed here because all hotels were booked in Lubbock for the Texas Tech game. We arrived at 12:30, they let us check in even though our room was not ready, which was helpful since we didn't get until 11:30pn from the game. It was clean for the most part. There's plenty of food options near by. The TV only had 1 channel though.

Heading home from Thanksgiving. Decided to stay in Caprock for the night and saw a Best Western, so booked on the name alone. This was a bad idea. Upon arrival the hotel turned out to be a Motel...looked rundown. Went to check-in and the lobby was filthy; a note on the counter that the clerk tied up, but would be back soon. We opted to lose our money on this hotel and go down the road to the Holiday Inn.
