In dire need of a facelift..inside, in particular!

Pros: The hotel staff was very considerate, and helpful. The full complimentary breakfast was ideal...including eggs, sausage, and all the usual trimmings.
Cons: A complete makeup of the interior...carpets, paint, and the bathroom [definitely]! Trash the bathroom!!! The rooms are too dark, and dingy.
Location: Was simply passing though, but it WAS quite [midweek visit], even though close to a freeway overpass
Clean? Not even close, as the bathroom [tub/shower area] was ladened [very visible] with black mold/mildew..every where. When something as important as the bathroom isn't clean..EVERYTHING ELSE becomes suspect. - Dingy, dark torn carpets [How dirty are they? Don't wanna touch]. - The bed comforter? Who knows! Scary to even try to guess! The sheets were clean, but it's hard not to touch the comforter. UGH!! - While the air in the room was OK, there should have at least be some lingering scent of cleaning products in the bathroom....but nothing was there. It's as if they didn't use any cleaning products at all. - All surfaces...door knobs, light switches, TV remote, table tops, chair handles, etc.....they all become suspect when the prime room [the bathroom] for cleanliness is NOT CLEAN!! In fairness to the staff... When I reported my experience to them, they explained that corporate was planning a complete overall of the entire building within the next month; they were well aware of the mold/mildew issue, but [according to them] they were not allowed to expend additional funds to correct the issue. The problem with that is.... we, the visiting customers...are forced to pay for a clean room, when it's simply not there. It's a bit like paying full price for an apple, and finding that it had a big bite taken out of it...and yet you payed full price. Room card keys had difficulty opening outside door readers; it took 34 tries to open, and another time, 24 tries.

Pros: The employees were very pleasant.
Cons: The rooms are in need of upgrading. The common areas are run down.
Location: Location hard to get to from the highway.
Location is very hard to get to. The room needed vacuuming and rust was in the tub. In need of renovating.

Pros: Everything to the greeting,breakfast,the cleanliness of the room.
When we arrive at the hotel,the desk clerk was so friendly she was so amazing we ask her recommendations on places to eat,the cleaning staff was friendly when we ask for anything. The room was clean comfortable. I would stay there again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

Great price, ok room

Pros: Beds and locations
Cons: Bath tubs cleanliness but it was only on walls, not in bath itself.
Location: great access to freeway
You get what you pay for. Location was great for access to TTU. Bath tubs had some mold but it was not as bad as what I expected based on other review. Carpets a bit worn but again, can't beat the price. Beds and pillows were awesome!!

Hotel was outdated and a/c wasn't working propery.

The hotel was outdated for the price. A/c didn't work properly & it was 102 outside. The toilet was not flushing.

Room was dirty and everything was stained. The pull out bed was like sleeping on rocks. Everything needs updating. The bathroom was full of rust. Other than the room not being ready at check in time the staff was nice.
