RelaxingPosted Nov 19, 2014
We had gotten to town early and the winter storm had already started so the staff let us check in early. They were so accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast was incredible highly recommend staying here and I have stayed at several hotels in Lubbock.

Comfortable roomPosted Nov 18, 2014
Pros: Comfortable King bed.
The room was very nice and well maintained as were the grounds, easy to find . We would have given them a 5 but our plans were to got out and eat a early lunch and have dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Lucky for us we didn't get to have lunch as early as planned and we had a late one, because when we checked in they said the restaurant was closed, but we could get a sub sandwich for 8.50 as there chef didn't come in to work. The weather was bad but not completely un-drivable. But to a guest who planned to stay in and not get out weather bad or not , I'm sure there were more inconvenienced than we were, we did get the sub for a late snack. But all in all a very nice place.

Reliably comfy, attractive and clean.Posted Nov 13, 2014
Pros: very friendly & helpful staff - immediate response to request for room change to quieter area.
Cons: Breakfast needs updating! Emphasis is on heavy meat & omelet service, not many healthy alternatives. Needs better yogurt, nuts, vegies, ripe fruit.
Location: Strip mall location, convenient to hwy - nice little green courtyard, though.
Pleasant 3 day stay, customary ES amenities, lots of attentive service.

Exceptional accomodationsPosted Nov 12, 2014
Granted, my wife and I had a suite, but I can still compliment the entire staff, the beautiful interior of the lobby and atrium, and the cleanliness of the entire motel.

Clean hotel and friendly staffPosted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Happy hour
Cons: More parking
Location: Plenty of places to eat
The hotel was clean and the staff were energetic and friendly. On par with all the Embassy Suites I've stayed at before. Happy hour had a wide variety of free drinks. Breakfast was decent as usual.

This is the best ever Embassy SuitesPosted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: Staff Staff Staff
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: There are many restaurants, movie theater, and it is right off 289 loop with no traffic noise.
My wife and I were there for four nights. The staff were the best of all other Embassy Suites (3). We were treated like vip's at all times. Everyone went out of their way to greet us. The breakfast and happy hour were the best ever. It was the staff that made it so enjoyable.
