Easy access to where we needed to go. Upon checking in, I specifically asked if the pool was available. I needed it for rehab of my left hip. I was told it was. That night I saw a note on the door of pool that it was closed. Next day I inquired & was told something about cleaning & would be available in afternoon. Then I received a call from the front desk that it would not be fixed. Attendant was super nice but I missed 3 days of rehab & not pleased. I was refunded for a night, but again I would have rather paid full price & do rehab.

The front desk person was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Plenty of outlets and counter space in bathroom for your personals! Will stay there again.

They couldn’t find our reservation for a room with a king. I had booked a week before, so that was odd. The front desk clerk gave us 2 queens instead and a couple of snacks. Overall it was a good stay.

One reason we booked this hotel was to relax and exercise in the pool . It was freezing cold and hot tub was blocked off. Some of the staff was great and others quite rude. Breakfast was good. Bathroom could use a little more cleaning. Nice place just needs a few tweaks.

My family met me for Texas Tech homecoming. We had a wonderful time and the staff gave excellent customer service. I may come back first of next year with my cousin for a one night stay. I really liked your location. Thank you for your kindness!

Good space !
Room and bathroom was very dark not much lighting , one small mirror in the main room and big mirror in bath. Was given a handicap room seem to be alot of faucets and hoses in the bathtub hanging on the wall, room very clean and minimal furniture which is good for someone using a wheelchair

Disappointed but service was excellent
I booked this stay because it was my granddaughter birthday and she wanted to go swimming. We get to the hotel only to learn the pool was not available. No where was it listed it was not. The front desk clerk went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us into another hotel in the same area we were in (double the price unfortunately). But was just thrilled with his helpfulness

Charging for your customers to park is absurd, especially when the parking lot is in bad condition. Also, the fan in the bathroom was not working. Otherwise confortable stay.

Very run down and rooms need upgrading. Staff isn’t friendly like other hotel staff-just mediocre, like their hotel. Do better Fairfield Lubbock!

Pool was closed for 2-3 weeks and was the primary reason for staying there. Breakfast was horrible - prepackaged waffles! No microwave in room. Grounds around hotel were unkept with lots of trash.

You could tell that the staff makes good efforts to keep the building and rooms clean, but the building itself is in need of updates- shower fixtures, pool not functioning, the workout room has "free weights"- starting at 30lbs (no lighter weights available), ceiling flaking, drying fan running at the end of the hall likely due to a leak of some sort On a VERY positive note- the staff I interacted with were great! While we were waiting to check in, the customers in front of us were EXTREMELY rude, made the employee call his boss while they were being rude to him, and requested the number for corporate office. He was extremely respectful and professional. The staff also made sure breakfast was well stocked and a clean dining area.

Try a different hotel
We have stayed at numerous Marriott hotels and this one was not up to their usual standards. The carpet was pulled away from the bathroom tile exposing the tack strip which scraped the bottom of our daughters foot and the bathroom just wasn’t clean

Had to come into town for the end of the week for a funeral. I had one of the most pleasant and professional checkin experiences I have ever had. Overall everything was excellent. My only complaint is that their pool was down for maintenance and it didn’t say that online. If it had, I would have stayed elsewhere. Traveling with our kid, that is something that is a must for us.
