“Great place”

We arrived late, but everything was in order. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. They had a hot breakfast of eggs and waffels. Our family really enjoyed the indoor pool, because it was cold and windy that day. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return. Lots of eating places within walking distance.

“great location”

This Hampton has a great location being close to the mall and good restaurants. It is however showing its age.

“Great hotel for a family trip.”

Overall very pleasant experience for our family. A little noisy on the first floor, but not a big issue. Breakfast was very good and plenty of food.

“Comfortable in Lubbock”

Hotel was easily accessible on the south side of the loop in Lubbock. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again. Good value for the price.

“It's fine enough”

This Hampton is what one would expect for a Hampton. The drawback is the tiny, slow elevator located in a narrow hallway. It is inadequate for the building. Otherwise, it's okay.

“OK”

Towels not changed out the first day. HBO had a continuous pause in transmission.

“Never Again!”

This was an old hotel with narrow halls and small elevators. The rooms were old nothing special.
