Great for what we needed
The first night we woke up early to a toilet overflowing for no reason. They were very fast at getting us into another room for the final night. Aside from that very good and friendly service.

It was very a quiet place, no banging door, hearing TVs, people walking above. Breakfast was less than average. Lady in courage busy visiting with front desk. Ran out of coffee, sausage links too tough, coffee ground in decaf made it unusable.

Upon checking we did check the room for hot water and the water did get piping hot. I do apologize for the desk clerk being rude. We did not have the authority to change the rate due to this booking being done 3rd Party. We also apologize for not having milk our delivery time wasn't completely communicated back to us. Hopefully in the future we will get the chance to serve you better

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, bed was really comfortable. The breakfast area was a mess and hardly any food available

The property is ok nothing wrong but I think since it was a holiday weekend the manager should be on top of everything we where in the pool and 10 minutes later they told us to get out because they’re going to do a cleanup and probably take late 48 hours so we did not like that but what can we do

The door to our room constantly stuck when you tried to enter. We had to use excessive force after scanning our key to get in. We also had some bugs (dead and alive) found in the bathroom.

Conveniently located in the pleasant rural town of Levelland. This is my first visit here, and I was attending a function at the college of the plans. I particularly enjoyed how quiet it is in this hotel. The morning breakfast is really satisfying. There are other eateries, conveniently close by. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

We stayed at this property for Texas Tech graduation. This property was very nice. The front desk staff were very friendly. We had no problems at all.

Check in time was 3:00 pm. Room was not available until after 6 pm. TV only got a couple of channels. There were holes in the wall from a previous towel rack. Price was way too high!

When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly lady. I don't remember her name, but she was friendly. It was almost the end of her shift when we checked in. They were busy yet she was still friendly. The rooms were clean. We were there for a football game. We enjoyed our stay.
