“Helpfull staff, quiet room”

This hotel seems to be primarily set up for events and seminars; and therefore typically busier during the week than on weekends. Since I was there on a weekend, it was almost eerily quiet. The room, and all the public areas were really clean and comfortable. The room I had was almost twice the size I'm accustomed to in a similar price range. Staff very friendly and helpful. Luckily the hotel has a decent restaurant because there is nothing else nearby within walking distance.

“good service”

Although the first room I was assigned did not have a working heater. They moved me and did a good job of service.

“Great value!”

This was a tremendous value. The room was clean, updated, and comfortable, while the hotel had great ammenities, all for a very competitive price. I would certainly go back. Just be sure to request an interior room-- the view of the pool and atrium is much nicer than that of the parking lot!

“LUBBOCK SEMINAR”

I found Lubbock and the surrounding area very easy to navigate. The hotel was located very centrally for shopping and dining. Our room was right off the atrium and it was very nicely planted. The only thing that I was not very satisfied with was there was no seating in the atrium to enjoy the view and the fountain. I would definitely recommend the hotel to my friends.

“Had a great time visiting hometown!!”

Great hotel! Travelling alone, but felt very safe and comfortable. Clean rooms and hotel is convieniently located on the South Loop. Had a great time in Lubbock. Travelled from Fort Worth to Lubbock to visiting friends, had an awesome weekend!

“thanks to hard working employees this hotel works!”

We stayed here for a class reunion headquarters. Being from California I love the sun so the older design of the enclosed atrium, pool, banquet, public areas was not my preference(felt enclosed-it was!) but the quietness, cleanliness(I like clean! Our room was updated and clean), exercise room(treadmill, bicycle-type machines only) plus large sky lights in open public areas helped tremendously. Stay in inside rooms or your room faces a parking lot.

“Not bad but not worth 3 stars”

The hotel was lovely, the atrium beautiful, staff was wonderful. However, the toilet in our room was broken and wouldn't flush... thankfully we were only there for less than 12 hours. We called the front desk, but all they had open was a smoking room, which was not acceptable to us. Overall, the stay wasn't bad, and I'm sure if we'd stayed longer than one night they'd have moved us, i just don't feel like it's worthy of being a 3 star hotel. Maybe 2 1/2.

“Convenient Location”

Hotel was adequate for our needs on this trip. Room was very clean but outdated and could use an upgrade.
