“Great hotel on Lubbock's Loop”

Enjoyed our stay and definitely plan on staying there again our next trip to Lubbock.

The bed was so comfortable now my husband and I want to buy one.

We had no complaints abou this hotel. Willl probably stay there again.

All they need is a bigger sign, you come up on it very quick............

“Good accomodation when traveling with a pet.”

Accommodations were clean and people friendly. Needs receptacles and pet bags to facilitate pet handling. Walkways were helpful but you needed to be equipped with your own bags and disposal was difficult. Told to use construction site next door so most people were unfortunately just using the grounds which will quickly deteriorate the beauty and comfort of the property.

“Good business hotel”

Clean hotel with nice staff. Comfortable beds. Room was a little on the hot side. Had to request that maintenance come in and adjust air conditioning. Had it set on 60 degrees and it still felt like 75 in the room. Would recommend to other though.

“Nice business hotel”

Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean. I was placed in a handicap accessible room, although not requested. I thought it was odd that there was no way a handicapped person would be able to roll over to the desk in the room though. With 2 queen sized beds in the room you couldn't get to the desk. The chair that was provided wouldn't fit between the bed and desk. Breakfast wasn't thrilling. The bed was comfortable, but I don't think I got one of the temperpedic one's they mention as having. Not all rooms have these beds and you specifically have to request it. Location was quiet and not to far from restaurants, but you do have to drive to get there.

“Not satisfied on this visit”

The hotel stay was fine until the second night when the fire alarms went off for over 45 minutes around midnight. There was no fire, however no one at the hotel was able to turn the alarm off. The fire department came, but they could not turn it off either. About 1/2 hour later they went off again. Front desk person gave no reasons or apologies. The manager showed up and said nothing to the 30-40 of us that had been sitting in the lobby all that time in our pajamas. The next morning as I checked out I was told I was not going to be given a discount as the room had already been paid for. This is a business hotel to me and I would normally stay here on a frequent basis. With this episode though, I am not likely to stay again.
