Room , large and cleanPosted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Location, price
Cons: Have the public areas cleaned up
Location: N/ A
The room is very large , and was clean along with the bath The hallway carpet should really be cleaned and shampooed Overall can't beat the price as trip was just a past through the area Breakfast was as good as it gets in these kind of hotels Something for everyone, room very clean and need for nothing.

Good hotelPosted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: The hot breakfast was really good.
Cons: The pool.
Location: Didn't stay long enough.
The room and everything was nice. The pool seemed like it could have used more chlorine. One of the only times I got out of the pool wanting to shower.

Cons: make all the rooms non smoking.
It was a very clean hotel. But we had a non smoking room, when we took the elevator and got to the 2nd floor, the smoke smell was awfull.

I'm glad I didn't pay full pricePosted Jun 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
I typically stay at a Comfort Suites or equivalent. But because of doing a lot of traveling looking at colleges for my son I wanted to save $. I got to my hotel about 10 after driving 7 hours to get to Lubbock. It was a shower and bed because we were tired. That's where it went downhill. The shower head barely worked. The tv channels were all analog and didn't have a decent picture either. I pulled out the iron to iron my clothes for the next day and the iron left rust stains on my shirt. The a/c could not decide at all whether it wanted to come on or not and clicked all night long, would blow a minute then go off and start the process all over again. Finally, the bed's mattress was either so used or so old I felt like I was sleeping on the side of something. My back hurt horribly the next morning (and I am not a large person). One final thing is that this hotel is not a non-smoking hotel, which I tend to prefer so it had that old smokers smell. Oh, and the bed skirt on my bed looked as if it had never been washed. It was nasty!! I didn't notice it until the next morning. I will definitely stick to my normal places of stay in the future.

It workedPosted Jun 9, 2014 on Hotels.com
It reeked of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel and our room. Maybe changing carpets would fix that problem. There was a big bug in our bathroom to welcome us. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and professional. It was a stopping point for us on our way to Colorado. For us, it worked.

Very nice stayPosted Jun 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
We stayed 2 nights. All of the staff were very pleasant and friendly. No issues that I can think of. The breakfast is very good. Room was comfortable. Liked having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. We would stay there again.
