Quality Inn Lubbock

Wife was sick and they required her to come down to front office and pay extra $45 to stay unil 1:00. Staff was complaining about fellow employees in breakfast area.

Awful! Booked this room based on reviews and was VERY disappointed. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. We called and asked if they had any rooms with softer beds and the person working said no. Didn't even offer to let us try another room. The walls are very thin. We could hear the persons tv next to us until 1am which was a nuisance given that we had to wake up and check out pretty early the next morning. There was no water pressure in the shower. The breakfast wasn't very good. Would DEFINITELY not suggest this hotel for anyone and will not be returning.

Employees were really great, room was clean and bed was comfortable except for the pillows, I recommend bringing your own. I recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a good place to stay.

It's hard to make a full honest review when you get to your hotel at 2 in the morning, but check in was easy, the girl at the desk was nice, though she had no idea where our room was, which turned out to be almost directly above the loby. showers are as hot as you can stand and the toilet flushes so loud it could wake a stone. The room was clean, it didn't stink and the beds were comfy. very easily found and a decent breakfast.
