Stayed 5 nights,bed was supper comfortable..slept like a baby.Only issue i did have was i got locked out the room 3 times,because the key kept diactivating.

Both Expedia and the hotel provided no customer service.
When I got to the hotel they had cancelled the reservation and said I was a no show. They would not rebook my reservation. I had to go to a different hotel. Then, the following day I get a survey asking about my stay which they had cancelled.
The front desk clerk was unprofessional and had no interest or ability to resolve the issue.

The experience was awesome we were on spring break kids loved the pool never to busy,,,and the breakfast was amazing and the server was so sweet,,,the best stay in a while we will definitely stay again!!!!!!!!!

I loved their attention during the continental breakfast. At other hotels, continental breakfast ends at a certain time and that's when it ends. Here, they made us feel special because as we were still sitting in the lunch area, they would ask if we needed anything prior to closing the breakfast time. and even then, they would still leave it open for a few minutes after they had mentioned that it would close. they made me feel like a real person and not just a customer. thank you
We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. We had 2 rooms. The only issues we had were one od the rooms had a leak in the bathroom when the room upstairs would shower. The other room had an issue with the air conditioner....but staff cane and fixed the issue.
The room was amazing beds where super comfortable and pillows. I liked how it was cleaned daily and well kepted. The only thing i didnt like was, breakfast starting at 6:30am.
After canceling a reservation with a trashy hotel we booked this one and was so glad we had to change reservations. It was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helped with any thing we needed. The room was nice and big had plenty of space to put our things including a desk, table and bench plus a couch to sit in that was also a sleeper sofa. Towels were big and fluffy. Beds were super comfortable and so was the bed linens. Shower was nice and big and had shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Had a really nice sink with a beautiful mirror that lit up around it and had cubbies under the sink. Had lots of plugs and lots of different lighting options. Breakfast was great. The only we were disappointed on was the swimming pool was closed because something was broken but the indoor pool was beautiful and spacious. We had noisy people above us but was taken care of immediately. Best hotel we have ever stayed at.
Paid for a 1 king w/ jacuzzi, got a 2 queen w/ no jacuzzi. Asked for the correct room I paid for and was told I needed to call and cancel to get my money back and that they didn’t have a room I paid for with a reservation. Also was told it wasn’t guaranteed that I would get my money back as I was the one canceling and that it would have to be decided if I would be getting a refund as long as I didn’t break any of the cancellation fees. This is ridiculous as I should get what I paid and reserved instead for being told in essence “ cancel if you want even if your here on vacation and you may not even be refunded and good luck finding somewhere else tonight”
The front desk girl wasn’t friendly. She gave me the room card with out a card holder with our room number then became short when I asked which room number was it.
My second night I discovered an ant infestation. I had a sprained ankle and was in a cast boot and therefore had to very inconveniently pack all of my belongings and switch rooms. I attempted to address this with a manager two days consecutively. I even added a day because the manager was not there when they said she would be the first time and she didn’t show on the second day they either. I spoke to 3 different staff persons, all who agreed to pass my information on to the manager and have her get back to me, but to date I have not heard from a manager. Also all staff refused to provide me information for the manager, not even an email address. Additionally, I checked in on a Saturday and the elevator floor was filthy until Monday which indicated the property is not cleaned on the weekends.
Housekeeping staff was excellent! Also helped us find good places to eat during our stay. Responsive & quick to meet all our needs. Even knew how to fix our problem with the air conditioning.
The staff was not very friendly. The room was ok. AC never turned off. Hallways were very hot. Elevator was dirty. Only one ice machine was working. Others were torn apart where they were. Breakfast was pretty good.

Didn’t like that no one came to clean my room stayed two days without fresh towels.
There were ants in the room everywhere! The staff was very rude when I brought it to their attention! Didn’t offer a solution! No sauna! Like advertised! Just a very unpleasant experience! Never again will we stay at that hotel!
Check in staff was ok. She didn’t seem like she was happy to be there. The room was amazing. Very clean. Extra towels and they had shampoo and conditioner and lotion for you to use. Only complaint is when we got up to get ready to check out our restroom ceiling was leaking. But the front desk guy was amazing about figuring it out. I will for sure stay again.
