Cons: Replace all the doors and locks (interior and exterior) to make the facility more secure. This would boost guest confidence. Time for new TVs.
Location: Location is at the exit at I-27/US 287. Many restaurants and lots of shopping near by. I was travelling for business, so I couldn't tell you about o
Hotel is older and hasn't been upgraded recently. None of the outer door require a key to enter the hallways. Not very secure. Locks on the outer doors have been disabled. TV is older tube type. While you can change channels with the remote, you must physically turn the TV on and off with the power button on the front of it. Shower head is on a long extension which doesn't allow you to direct thee water flow where you want. While the room had a refrigerator, the control nob was broken. However, the bed was comfortable and I slept well.

Much better than expected

Pros: I liked the staff, the location, the room and its furnishings and quality
Cons: the other than main entrance seemed less than secure - the bathroom needs up-grading with a new tub or shower and fresh paint
Location: location is ideal as restaurants and shopping are immediately close by as is the interstate
From check-in to check-out my stay was very pleasant. While the facility is older and some of the areas still need an up-grade, the lobby and and common area and the room itself were all tip top

Pros: Hotel staff were friendly and helpful both in the afternoon and morning.
Cons: Breakfast and clean the entire room.
Location: It is located close to the highway and gas station to fill up. There's not much else to do in Plainview except to visit someone.
The room was mostly clean, except between the beds and the stand. The breakfest was lacking in options. If all you want is stale biscuits with gravy, toast, oatmeal, cereal, and some fruit (banana or orange) then you're at the right place. The only thing decent, was the waffle that you had to cook. To bad, they couldn't give you credit to go to IHOP next door for breakfast. The queen size bed wasn't a standard queen size, but a little shorter. At six feet four, my feet hung off the end of the bed. Someone under six feet would be fine.

Time for improvements

Check-in delayed because of computer problems. Air unit so old that the. Setting markings were completely worn away and could not tell what was what. Had to be moved to another room because toilet would not flush in first one. Not one of Super 8's finest,!!!

Wouldn't return

The hotel was very dated but the room itself was functional and staff was friendly enough. However the shower in our room was cold and it was below freezing outside so I was certainly not in the mood for a cold shower. Didn't have opportunity to have the hotel try to correct it because we didn't get there until late at night and were just ready for bed... which was not very comfortable either.

Ok for overnight stay. Rooms clean but outdated. Security doors inoperative, parking lot somewhat suspect for security. Front desk check in staff not so friendly and lacking in offering answers to questions.
