“Just so so”

Only one elevator was working and there were no lights to indicate floors, long waits for the iffy elevator.

“Great Stay, Great Service”

I drove up to stay just for the night to go see a concert so I wanted to have a good sleep at a nice place. Check in was easy, room was clean and staff was great. A staff member named Chris actually took us to where we had to go that night and even gave us his phone number for us to call when we were done. It was a good thing to have someone do that for us being from out of town and all. Overall two thumbs up.

“Was not impressed at ALL”

I expected more out of a Radisson. The internet service was very poor. When I inquired about it, the were like "oh well" The pool was freezing, asked several times to have it warmed up. The only positive thing I can say about the hotel it that the housekeeping service was the best. They went out of their way to help you and followed through on their services. I would not stay there again.

“Great value”

elevators were broken pool was dirty workout room was lacking resturaunt was very pricey for the quality of food.. Rooms were nice with sleep number beds skip the rest of the amenities of the hotel and it was just ok

“Could be better”

Swimming pool water was cold. Coffee pot, cups, etc., looked as though not wiped off or clean cups put there. Looked as if cups not used previously, so not replaced with clean cups, lint inside cups, dried splashed coffee on coffee pot and adjacent items including cup lids, cups, etc. Surrounding neighborhood is deteriorating. This hotel has been renovated, but is aged and it is noticeable, but overall is a pretty nice place inside. Hotel staff were very nice. Great Authentic mexican food restaurant is up the street, but do not walk! (Vagrants are around this area alot.) In house restaurant has ok food, but is pricey! Did not like the sleep number beds either, had trouble adjusting them, so not a very good nights sleep overall. In house restaurant waitress was very personable, as was a very nice and hospitable front desk associate.

Area recommendations

We for a doctor visit by the hospital. I think if we have to go back for that reason, we would have been better to stay closer to the hospital at a hotel or farther down the road from the hospital.

“wouldnt stay anywhere else”

the stafff was very friendly and so helpful so happy we decided to stay at this hotel. made an ordinary stay extrodinary. the only thing i didnt like was the parking its a bit crowded and dont have enough but staff more than made up for it.

“Great Place to Stay!”

We were in town to visit Texas Tech University. This hotel was close to the college as well as good eating places, and was easy to get in and out of. I do wish it had a small fridge in the room though. Other than that, the room and hotel itself was great.

I was happy to have a refrigerator and a microwave in my room The hotel is old and advertised as a 3.5 star hotel, but it is not a 3.5 hotel. Employees were friendly and the location was good.

“Great staff”

Great shuttle service to the airport. The food was good and reasonably priced - so I didn't have to go looking. Very helpful employees.

“Acceptable but not awesome”

Enjoyed the large room. Hotel hallways and lobby were a bit hot and humid. Sleep number bed did not work on one side. Outdated but no big deal.
