“Great Hotel”

The hotel shuttle was awesome. The front desk was great. The appearence of the hotel was very impressive. The lobby and the rooms were very clean and I have never met a nicer staff.

“wouldnt stay anywhere else”

the stafff was very friendly and so helpful so happy we decided to stay at this hotel. made an ordinary stay extrodinary. the only thing i didnt like was the parking its a bit crowded and dont have enough but staff more than made up for it.

The hotel was being renovated, but there wasn't any noise, nice piano lounge area, restaurant in lobby, computer room (to print boarding passes etc.), staff very friendly, rooms nice size and clean (mine had just been recently renovated). Good location.

“Great Stay, Great Service”

I drove up to stay just for the night to go see a concert so I wanted to have a good sleep at a nice place. Check in was easy, room was clean and staff was great. A staff member named Chris actually took us to where we had to go that night and even gave us his phone number for us to call when we were done. It was a good thing to have someone do that for us being from out of town and all. Overall two thumbs up.

My room was clean, the mattress was great, the service was good.

“When I go to a town where there is a Radisson I will always consider staying there first.”

My husband and myself were pleasantly pleased with every aspect of this hotel. We ate twice at the restaurant located there on the premises. We've been talking about our stay among family and friends, and have already recommended this hotel to someone going on vacation. We will always consider staying at the Raddisson when we travel and there is no resort near.

“Great Place to stay for University Day”

The hotel was under current renovations, but was still clean and nice. The only trouble we had was locating it since the name was still the old one and getting our room keys to work (which was corrected promptly)

We were in town to visit Texas Tech University. This hotel was close to the college as well as good eating places, and was easy to get in and out of. I do wish it had a small fridge in the room though. Other than that, the room and hotel itself was great.
