The hotel was just lovely! Immaculate, friendly helpful staff, beautiful breakfast every morning and well cared for pool. We also dined at the alfresco restaurant and although the menu was limited it was well prepared. The rooms in the new building had good size beds and bathrooms and a small balcony. You would never know there was so much activity outside the Villa walls!

Hidden Jewel in the Versilia
The hotel was so much better than expected. The website photos do not it justice. The gardens, the pool, the lovely & delicious breakfasts + attentive staff made our week long stay most memorable. We love love love Lido di Camaiore. Can't wait to return!

this hotel is beautiful, spotless and grounds were lovely. Great size pool and breakfast was included and it was amazing. My only complaint is room 301, which was a great size and bathroom was large, the door to the adjoining room was not very soundproof and we heard the people all the time.

A gem in Viarregio
We have stayed at this hotel before and once again an amazing experience ! The bar tender Marco was amazing as was Francesca at the front desk . The only complaints this time were the air conditioning was not seasonally activated and the wifi service was terrible as they were in the process of changing servers. In the past these have never been an issue . They were very apologetic and acknowledged the inconvenience.

We were pleasantly surprised, looks like an old villa, great service front- desk, maid and breakfast. Room is spacious with the balcony and a view of the pool. Lovely hotel, close to the beach.

Great Place To Stay on The Versilian Coast
Wonderful! The staff were great, accommodations were top notch, centrally located to Cinque Terre, Lucca, Pisa and more. Magnificent grounds, nice pool and excellent restaurants. All of this at a really good price. Needless to say we would go back anytime.

Disappointing room
Very disappointed with the suite, I asked for a room with balcony and view and must have the only room without either. They could not do anything when we arrived yesterday and there was no point unpacking and repacking for 2 nights. This room was booked months ago so you would have thought they would have notified me sooner. Also 35 - 45 euros a day for their private beach club seems expensive.

RELAXING AND EASY
We stayed here for 4 days this August and had a fantastic time. There is the option of a taxi from the airport for upwards of 80 euros, however as we arrived in the afternoon, we decided to take the bus from outside the airport, it took approx 45mins and cost very little. There was one small problem, with the first night - we didn't get much sleep as the bar across the road from the hotel estate was very loud. The hotel staff were fantastic and we were moved from our room at the front of the villa, to a much bigger, and very comfortable room in the tower complex. The bar is not going to be there next summer as the hotel have bought it out and are going to turn it into another restaurant. Once we had moved rooms, from then on in I could not fault our stay. The whole hotel and grounds were clean, tidy and comfortable. A good range of breakfast options were available for the included breakfast and the restaurant offered a good choice of freshly cooked cuisine on both their lunch and dinner menus. There was also a lighter bar menu at lunchtime. The pool was the best I have ever been to in a hotel - refreshing and clean. The staff were fantastic - especially those working the bar and the restaurant. Mario and his team were extremely professional, efficient and friendly. The walled grounds of the hotel really took us away from it all and gave us the perfect excuse and time to sit back, relax and enjoy our stay. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

Very nice place staff very helpfull Nice area however I don't feel there is much of an atmosphere here due to type of customers at the hotel Thats not a fault of the hotel its my problem The hotel charges for anything you choose cooked at breakfast The hire bikes are a good deal at 7 euros a day And the restaurant is expensive But all in all its is a nice hotel

A good choice overall
Single room was very small but had a double bed, which was quite comfortable. There are nice gardens to sit and wander in. The pool area is just great, comfortable and attractive, and the staff are professional and attentive. Breakfast was fine for me as the quality of ingredients is good but the choice is not vast. I will return to this hotel as it was a good overall experience. One negative for me was the number of noisy children both in the pool area and in the corridor outside my room. I realise it is difficult to keep small children quiet so maybe families with small noisy children should be put in a separate part of the hotel (of which there are many) or mature people without should be given the option of a quiet section.

Lovely hotel, but you get what you pay for. The breakfast was good, the pool lovely and the room comfortable and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. However, one thing that was a real let down was the wifi. At best intermittent, it kept censoring websites I wanted to visit for no obvious reason. Websites with content about relationships and spirituality. I'm not sure if this was due to overzealous Italian Catholicism or just an odd quirk, but it was frustrating and it wasn't fixed during my stay.

Great hotel but drinks pricey!!
Would definitely stay here again!! Great hotel, great location and great facilities including sky in the room which allowed us to watch English channels. Only negative is bar prices, was charged 14 euros for a Cointreau and lemonade so very pricey - needless to say we did not buy any more drinks here but instead when down the road to a bar where managed to get not only a cointreau and lemonade but also 2 beers for 14 euros.

What was a really good experience was made excellent by James. His made us feel so special! The is a lovely hotel, quiet, restful and well kept. Felt like being on a plantation. Really enjoyed breakfast in the tent room too. Reasonable drive to Florence.

Excellent Hotel
I regularly stay at this hotel when I am in the area for business and I always enjoy my stay for the following reasons: The wifi is very quick which is rare at Italian hotels. The restaurant serves excellent food that is well presented and tastes amazing - they normally provide 3 - 4 dishes of the day to keep the menu interesting. Finally there is a decent gym on site which has cardio equipment, free weights (Dumbbells up to 28kg and several barbells with plates) and weight machines.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel and found it to be probably the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff were helpful and friendly, particularly the lifeguards who were very vigilent. We were able to hire bicycles directly from the hotel at a reasonable rate.

Schöne Anlage mit gutem Hotel
Schöne Anlage mit wuchtiger Einrichtung. Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein, sehr guter Cappuccino. Gepflegter kleiner Poolbereich. Leider überhöhte Preise insgesamt in der Anlage. Ein großes Minus sind die Hochzeitsfeiern, die wohl öfters freitags und samstags stattfinden, dann ist es bis Mitternacht sehr laut. Die Lage ist an der Promenade, wo viele Bars und Lokale sind und fussläufig erreichbar ist.

Das Gebäude und der Park herum sind wirklich wunderschön. Für viele Dinge muss man aber extra zahlen, was ich wie ich finde bei einem 4 Stern* nicht sein muss. Z.B. beim Frühstück wenn man etwa ein Spiegelei möchte (6 Euro).

Vores swimmingpool er åben hver dag fra kl. 09.00 til 19.00 - vi må lukke den på det tidspunkt til rengøring for at gøre den præsentabel og perfekt til kl. 19.30, når den tilstødende Marrakech Restaurant åbner. Jeg håber, at denne begrænsning ikke går på kompromis med et fremtidig ophold hos os.

Rigtig god service fra smilende og hjælpsomt personale. Værelserne er meget slidte og med gamle ikke tidssvarende møbler. Fik et meget lille værelse selv om vi havde bestilt superior - blev dog flyttet dagen efter men det var ikke i orden. Fitnesrummets løbebånd fungerede ikke og blev ikke lavet. Poolen var snavset på bunden gennem hele ugen. Der blev dog checket vandkvalitet og holdt pænt i poolområdet.

Endroit magnifique dans un parc superbe. Petit havre de paix dans cette localité banale avec ses plages et parasols privés alignés . Hôtel calme belle piscine et petit déjeuner parfait .
