Couldn't of asked for a better hotel experience in our China/Hong Kong travels. It was too bad we had to leave it to continue our travels. We must of lucked out and got a suite because it was very big with a separate living room area, a wet bar, a large master bedroom area, a bathroom with a sauna and heated floors. The king size bed was extremely comfortable.

This was my second time at the Dorsett. They upgraded both of us to Park View rooms with Balconies at no Charge.
The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and totally smoke free.
Breakfast was a good mix of western and Asian food. Fresh and well presented.
The only thing that really could do with improvement would be the Evening meal at "Gusto on the green"
This is the same room used for breakfast and both the food and the service are just OK.

I travel the world regularly and stay in 4 or 5 star hotels only. This Four Seasons may have been the best experience all around that I have ever had. I would go back to Shanghai just for the hotel. I felt like I was with friends and family.

Good maintained hotel in the less premium part of Pudong. Very nice view to Pudong's skyline. Practically no restaurants for a tourist in the vincinity, however very good dining facilities. Good metro connection 50m away.

My whole experience while at the Mandarin was wonderful I stayed at the club level and it was totally worth it happy hour was wonderful and light snacks were nothing but light, enough for a light dinner or lunch. Also the complimentary laundry and car were a very nice touch. Facilities and rooms were top notch, I would stay there again if I ever return to Shanghai.

A bustling center of commerce, Lujiazui's skyscrapers form the city's iconic skyline. The Jin Mao Building and Shanghai World Financial Center, the tallest building in China, are here, alongside the poetic silhouette of the Oriental Pearl Tower, where you can step into the sky on its glass bottom deck. Visitors can tour the Shanghai Science & Technology Museum or ferry to the historic Bund district.
