Unbelievably bad. You should not be associated with facilitating the rental of such properties. When you have to pay nearly $300 for one night you expect it to be at least livable. The shower was inoperable and full of mold and the whole place was filthy. Burn holes in the bedspread. I went to Gonzales to see a friend preach. If I had not made the commitment to attend his sermon I would have turned around and gone back to San Antonio. I will think long and hard about using Expedia again. Sorry to say this but unacceptable is unacceptable. No one reading this would stay in this place.

This is an old property in dire need of updating! While the bedding was clean, the walls weren’t. Curtains very worn, towels were old and threadbare. I didn’t take a shower due to the lack of feeling like it was clean. The furniture in the room is chipped and scratched badly, and there was a very strong, bothersome musty smell. The people working there were very rude. They offer a free breakfast but I gave that a hard pass after dealing with the condition of my room. This must be an old property, and it needs quite a bit of improving. For one night it worked, but I won’t be back. Was definitely not worth what I paid. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love the staff at this hotel! I wish everyone remembered that when they are looking for cheaper options they are NOT going to get the same accommodations as the Ritz Carlton. This hotel is conveniently located, easy to find, has great parking, and is pet friendly. The owner is SO responsive and friendly and really wants his clients to have the best experience possible. His willingness to make sure my needs are met, makes me feel like a valued customer and I know I will have a safe and comfortable place to sleep for the night. A comfortable place to sleep for a low price and a kind and courteous staff is what I want and what I get at this Quality Inn. YES... We will definitely stay there again!

We booked this hotel very last minute to attend a funeral, upon arrival vibes were very offf. Not a comfortable environment I shall say. We got to our room and upon entering our it was hot (it’s understandable they have the a/c’s since room was not being used) BUT if I book least you can do is go and turn it on, especially during the summer times. Then we noticed dirty sheets, looked like old dried up semen stains, I am being very specific because when I told local family that live in the area about where i was staying at, they right away stated that place is the worst and that it’s known for hookups. Keep in mind I was looking for a family place to sleep for 2 nights… I was not about to risk those being actual human bodily fluids, who knows what diseases they carry. On top of dirty sheets, the “SECURITY” lock did not work, there was a dead small cockroach on the coffee table and the wall mounted tv looked very dirty, finger prints and all… I had enough that I didn’t even give the restroom a chance… I was not about to sleep my family there. I had seen reviews about it being an okay place especially for the price but next time I know better. I will never go for cheapest, you get what you pay. We left right away and booked else where. i tried requesting a refund and it was denied by company manager. STAY AWAY from this one.

Hotel description stated there was truck parking and there was none. Reserved non smoking room which was confirmed at check in. However, room smelled like cigarettes and there was a burn hole on the bed sheets.

Don’t book unless you want trouble
I had two room for two nights. One room the AC quit working in the middle of the night on the first night and the other room had tiny nasty roaches. The second night we moved rooms and one room the AC barely worked and the other room our freezer didn’t work in the fridge. The first morning breakfast was absolutely terrible, waffles with hardly any syrup, rotten fruit, no coffee or juice or anything to drink for that matter, and a 6 pack of donuts from Walmart. Apparently every guest in a pretty packed motel had to share 6 donuts. Breakfast was so bad we had to go out to breakfast. (One reason we booked the hotel was for the free breakfast). Because I said something the next morning there was actually breakfast worth eating available. Fresh fruit, coffee, jimmy dean sausage biscuit to heat up, cereal, milk, bread and some danishes again from Walmart but at least there were 12 of them this time.

Stay some where else!!!!
The hotel needs some serious remodeling, deep cleaning, frebreeze, new comforters, and more. I booked a room online that was non-refundable. My kids and I literally stepped in the room and stepped back out. I returned the key immediately and went ahead and drove home!!! Which was 2 hours away and it was pushing midnight. I'm a single mother of 3 so I sure hate my money went down the drain like that, but I definitely couldn't have stayed there overnight!!!
