We booked as it stated there was a pool , however when we arrived, we were told it was closed (not time related). The young woman at the desk was cinfused as to how a online 3rd vendor booking was to be accessed in the system, but did the best she could, and called for assistance from her phone. She was able to assign us a ground floor room, as we have a son with mobility issues.

Ive been coming here for the past 2 months and each time i stay i am very pleased and the staff is amazing even the house keepers are friendly as well . Super clean and the beds are really comfy id recommend this motel to anyone will be coming back

The only thing I found wrong was it was loud because of the street and the door needed to be fixed. The cleanliness was great and the bed was comfortable.

I booked the suite which was very roomy for my family of 5 the beds where very comfortable and we got two full baths two microwaves two coffee makers two yvs and two mini fridges. I also enjoy their complimentary breakfast they served it was a reasonable choices to chose from.

It was very cheap. Room was decent and bed was comfortable. It looks worse on the outside than it is on the inside. If you just need a cheap room for a night on your travels, you really can't beat it.

Very unsafe! Put in back of property and people were parked in back hanging in their cars (not hotel guests). After they left, a white Mercedes with tinted windows kept driving in back, parking and then would leave only to come back 10-15 minutes later. We brought our entire car full of stuff into the room just in case. When the TV stopped working we knew it was a sign to get out. Only in the room for 3 hours and drove to SC and checked into a beautiful Tru by Hilton hotel that was well lit and filled with customers. I will be requesting a refund.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They were very welcoming. I think breakfast accomendations should have more options. My only concern is the connecting door with another room did not have a lock. Easily accessible for someone to walk into our room. Which was a bit of a concern. Due this was not explained during check in or explained that no other guest would be booked beside us for safety measures. Overall experience was good. Would consider booking again.

Needs some updating
The unit needed to have the floors updated. The floor in the bathroom was a 1/2" taller than the rest of the room and there as no transition. I tripped more than once going into the bathroom. The window covering gave privacy but no thermal or light diffusion. Cold air poured in and the ambient light made the room like daylight all night long

A bit surprised when we checked in, turned out to quite nice: Looks newly renovated. Quite clean, and very good value for $. The fixtures and bathroom were pretty nice, fully acessorized. Breakfast adequate, though a few of the things had run out or were empty. Recommend. Thank you guys

A big disappointment
I am one who loves to read and hates giving reviews. After arrival I always look forward to an ice cold drink. Not one ice machine was working at the hotel. Woke up in the morning and started to pack the car when I got locked out of the room. After fighting with the front desk for 20 minutes I was finally able to retrieve my belongings. Finally, the breakfast room was a 100 degrees with just cereal. To charge me for that room is criminal. Stay the heck away from this place.

As we explained at check in sometimes the door locks have a mind of their own and like to stop working, after we were notified we were able to get you back into your room quickly. The lobby A/C did go out on us and our breakfast situation was explained at check in as well. Again we do apologize about these issues and hope you give us a chance to provide you with a superior stay.

The hotel is what you expect when you’re paying a low rate. The pool was drained, a/c was broken in the lobby which meant grab-n-go breakfast, and there was a flood that closed the workout room. It would be nice to receive a notification these amenities are unavailable prior to reservation. The room was decent and got the job done. Overall, you get what you pay for and it’s good if you just need a bed to sleep for the night and are not looking for anything more.
