The hotel was great for a quick trip. The room was clean and spacious, but cold. We could not turn up the heat because the radiators didn't work.

Lack of staff presence, essentially need to take a taxi everywhere even the bus station. Language barrier an issue also. Close to street, so traffic is an issue...search elsewhere.

Fantastic service from a wonderful and accommodating staff! The breakfast is great and there are so many amenities right outside the fronypt door...literally! So very convenient...phenomenal experience!

Pleasant base for Heide Park trip
Very nice, simple, but clean and conveniently located little hotel. Room was a little noisy as it was right over the kitchen, but very roomy and absolutely fine for our budget and purposes as three adrenalin junkies looking to enjoy the thrills of Heide Park. The more or less central location in Soltau meant cafes and restaurants were a five min walk away, and this offered a nice contrast for us to wind down after the roller coasting lunacy each day. Would definitely recommend the place as a good base for the money. Breakfast buffet was lovely although a bit more fresh fruit would be nice (although this is nit-picking). Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Alles super, bis auf die unterschiedlichen Aussagen bzgl. Late Check in und dazu schlechte bzw. Fehlende Kommunikation seitens des Hotels. Am Ende hat dann doch alles funktioniert.

Godt sted for gennemrejsende
Et dejligt sted at overnatte på gennemrejse. Restauranten var lukket på ankomstdagen, men den italienske restaurant i samme bygning har virkelig veltilberedt mad. Hotellets morgenbuffet var OK.

Nogenlunde hotel men ingen internet på værelserne
Hotellet havde en fin placering med gratis parkering, fine værelser men i nogenlunde stand. Men ingen internet, som lovet i opslaget. Drengene måtte ikke sidde i lobbyenefter 20.30- det eneste sted internettet virkede. Fin morgenbuffet- men ejeren holder øje med gæsterne, hvad man tager på tallerkenen og det er ubehageligt
