Nice relaxing place to stay
Lovely hotel a little far out of Celle so nothing apart from One restaurant within walking distance. Taxi ride 15€ into Center where there are many cars etc. Great pool and spa

Warning. Never book with this hotel.
We had cancelled the reservation atleast a week prior to the stay. The hotel still took the money and refused to reimburse us. They had done this to 3 other couples in our party which were all separate bookings. This was total theft and absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Dear Mark, we absolutely understand that you are frustated about paying the no show fee. However, you booked through a third party and did not cancel the reservation with this third party. Consequently, the booking was still active, we were holding the room for you and the other couples.

Everyone at the hotel was nice and helpful. The room was clean and spaceous. The restaurant at the hotel was good but slightly overpriced. Only downside is that it is not walking distance to the city center where most restaurants and shops are.

Dear guest, thanks a lot for your great feedback. Into town there are round about 4 km to walk or to drive (with bus or cap) with lots of bars and restaurants in Celle. But in our hotel it's also possible to choose between our Restaurant with the big menu or our Bar & Lounge with small goodies for a lower price. Try that during your next visit. It was just wonderful place to stay!!
The place was so wonderful that i didn't wanna go other place. also, breakfast was good as well. the location is away from downtown, but that is the merit!

A base from which to visit Bergen Belsen memorial
We stayed at this hotel as a base from which to visit the Bergen Belsen memorial. The hotel is beautiful and the suboceanic first rate. I couldn't fault it. Highly recommended. However with a local taxi costing 50 euro each way and with no buses running on a Sunday it was an expensive visit to the memorial!

Nice hotel but lacks a few things
We stayed 2 nights at the RingHotel Celler Tor. The positives: The front desk staff were very nice and helpful The shower had excellent water pressure The room was clean and tidy The included breakfast was very good, nice variety of things The Negatives: NO COFFEE IN THE ROOM The Air Conditioning in our room didn't appear to work. I opened the windows and it was cool enough outside that the room was always comfortable but during a hot spell I have my doubts I would enjoy that room. The room was small, bathroom door couldn't be opened all the way because the bed was in the way The bed was very, very hard. I asked for some foam on the bed and our second night was much more comfortable. Overall, it's a decent hotel BUT the price and image it seems to try to project doesn't fit with the amenities probided.

Altså irriterene at spise i restauranten hvor der sidder nogle med en hund ved siden og hunden larmer under hele spisningen...virkelig dårlig, under al kritikt!!

Dejligt behageligt hotel med serviceudfordringer
Et dejligt opdateret hotel med masser af gode tilbud. Servicen var tilfredstillende, men personalet var ikke særlig servicemindede. Til tider lidt for "skarpe" i deres måde at være på. Det forventer man ikke når man betaler en pæn høj pris og betaler for ophold, spisning og beværtning. Man vil gerne værdsættes som gæst og ikke jagtes for at få underskrift på alt muligt.

Ruhiges Hotel mit Wellness
Ruhiges Hotel (trotz nahegelegenen Straße) in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Celle (9 Minuten mit dem Auto bis in die Altstadt). Alles war sauber, besonders zu erwähnen sind die vorhandenen Fliegengitter. Coronabedingt ist der Wellnessbereich nur bis 20 Uhr geöffnet gewesen (statt 23:30 Uhr). Das Frühstück war überschaubar aber doch ausreichend. Nichts besonderes. War mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier, beim nächsten Besuch in Celle komme ich sicher wieder.

Reception unkind and not a nice experience. Room small and warm, no fan or aircon. Break feast buffet with few selections, slow to refill, not living up to the standard expected at this hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut angelegt. Die Badewelt einzigartig und lädt zum Wiederkommen ein. Unser Zimmer war Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, hatte aber noch einige Spinnweben an den Wänden. Da die Hotelanlage mit vielen Sträuchern und Bäumen bewachsen ist, fühlten sich auch Mücken sehr wohl. Vielleicht sollte da an Mückenschutz in den Zimmern gedacht werden. Der Bus nach Celle Zentrum fährt direkt vor dem Hotel. Parken ist am Hotel kostenlos und genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Da nicht viele Zimmer belegt waren, denke ich, war die Auswahl zum Frühstück nicht gerade sehr umfangreich. Zu finden war aber für jeden Geschmack etwas. Die Brötchen waren sehr lecker!

Vorgestern habe ich gerade Nachschub an Fliegengittern gekauft, die von unseren Hausmeistern ab Morgen montiert werden - der Garten ist sehr schön - und natürlicher Lebensraum... Gerade bei dem zzt. etwas wechselhaften Wetter ist unsere neu gestaltete Badewelt wirklich ein Highlight. Wir würden uns über einen erneuten Besuch sehr freuen. Probieren Sie auch gerne unsere größeren Zimmerkategorien, in denen wir mehr Zimmer mit getrennten Betten anbieten können, z.B. Comfort-, Superior- oder Deluxezimmer.

I følge Hotels.com var der lovet 2 swimming-pools.På bekræftelsen fra Hotels.com står der intet om at de 2 pools også var lukket pga. renovering. En renovering var allerede påbegyndt 23.juni 2019. På hotellets egen hjemmeside står der, meget langt nede på hjemmesiden, at poolen renoveres. Ved modtagelsen får vi intet at vide om renoveringen og på værelset er der fortsat badekåber til pool. Vi var skuffede da vi havde unge med og netop valgte hotellet pga poolen.

Einziger Mangel war eine Außenleuchte, die das Zimmer in der Nacht gut ausleuchtete. Zwar waren Vorhänge vorhanden, doch konnten die auf Grund der sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht zugezogen werden.
