Cons: Water pressure and hot water.
Quick check in and out. No real problems except with water. Good location.

Trendy hotel, large rooms but no african ambiance

Pros: The terras is the place to be, also nice pool area with bar.
Cons: Most of the staff is not customer friendly. Looks like they are not committed to their job and do not really care about the wellness of the guests.
Location: Nearby shopping mall, airport 20 minutes
It is a very nice hotel, large clean rooms. Pretty trendy and fashionable. Though you might prefer the Taj Pamodzi which has a more local (african) ambiance.

Trendy Hotel

The service here was wonderful from the wait-staff during our morning breakfast to the concierge holding our luggage for three days while we were visiting Livingstone. I had difficulties operating the air conditioner so the room temperature fluctuated between two extremes of very hot or very cold. I also would loved to have made use of the pool but it was under construction. The breakfast was delicious each day and offered a smorgasburg of food. The scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms was my favorite combination.

Cons: We did wonder why they were dependant on the national grid and associated power cuts though, why they didn't they have solar panels.
Location: we were staying just one night in transit. Fairly close to airport.
Staff were very professional, lovely facilities but unfortunately swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. Background music was decent e.g chopin and not formula rubbish. Breakfast was excellent.

Hotel was nice, breakfast really bad.

Location: Good location near mall.
The hotel was pleasant but the breakfast buffet was one of the worst ever. We travel alot so we know breakfast buffets. This one was unacceptable. I ended up eating dry cereal because nothing else looked even half decent.
