Quiet, Clean, and close to Attractions in Towson and Lutherville-Timonium. I would gladly stay there again. Nice Bar and Restaurant

“Great value for money”

Check in was smooth; I recd a welcome drink coupon good for a glass of house wine or beer. The room was quite spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. My room was right opposite the elevators & I hardly heard any noise or disturbance which was a great relief ! This is a big change from the other hotels that I've stayed at. In house restaurant has a decent dinner menu.

“Clean, convenient and priced right”

The room was clean and well kept. I would definitely stay there again. It was also quite convenient to Interstate 83. Plenty of parking, large lobby and a good workout facility made it a comfortable 2 night stay.

“Better than expected”

We had a double queen and the room was clean and quiet and the beds extremely comfortable, with a ton of pillows. Amenities and services provided were as described. We were even able to check-in early during the busy Thanksgiving weekend, even though the hotel said they could not guarantee our room would be ready. When we arrived, we got our room immediately. We only stayed one night, but would gladly stay longer. Great value for the rate.

“Out of the way hotel”

Not really near anything, but not terribly expensive either. I was there for a medical conference. The rooms were clean and did the job.

“Very nice employees”

I was there for a business trip at a conference in the hotel. The employees were all very nice and went out of their way to help. Some of the amenities were older and worn (broken coffee pot in my room). But the bed was great and the room was clean.

“Crown Plaza Hunt Valley”

Great hotel. It was very busy there and kids were playing lacrosse in the lobby. The tv's need updated. But it was a nice hotel to stay in overall.

“Pay more to stay elsewhere”

Not at all what I expected for a 3-star rating or for a Crowne Plaza. The HVAC was loud, the hot water carafe provided for tea from room service tasted like bad coffee, clearly not well cleaned. I wanted to check out early but due to having prepaid via expedia, it was not possible without a manager's approval, and the manager was not on site until the next morning. I will never stay there again, am suspect about all Holiday properties (except the new HI Express) and would recommend AGAINST staying here to anyone I know. not worth the savings.

“Just a place to sleep....maybe”

We were extremely late in arriving and early in leaving. Seriously, we did not spend more than 8 hours here, if that. The beds were marginally comfortable, while the pillows were completely unforgiving. Turning on the lights was an intelligence test, and truly only one wall switch seemed to work. The bed side light was non-existent. Besides beds our only other necessity was a shower; sadly, that was a shoulder tensing get-in, get-out wash out, as the shower head itself was useless. It took us 20 minutes from the time of the wake up call to be out the door and on the road. No lingering for us. In the hotel's defense, the expansive or oversized lobby seemed nice, as did the gym equipment - if you had the time to use it.
