“ok for $”
Decent stay, under renovation. For the price a good deal. Clean, friendly staff, no frills.
“Fine for the Cost”
We stay at this hotel three times a year while attending the train show in the fairgrounds across the street. The location is excellent for us and we really are only looking for somewhere safe to sleep. The rooms are basic, a little run down, and don't feel super clean, but for the price I would say it is what you would expect to get. The rooms are old school motel and open onto outside walkways and not a center interior hallway. Staff is always efficient at check in and check out. Stayed here five times so far with no problems and will return here next time so long as rates stay the lowest. This past trip there were a few other hotels that had rates slightly more than this hotel but included breakfast. Next time I might look a little closer at those, despite being a few miles further away.
“Ok for brief stay.”
Had to change room due to phone not working. Then had to call for a light bulb; took awhile. Toilet took a long time to finish running. Place is ok - clean enough. Would be nice if they had some info in room, like TV stations listing.
“I would go back.”
For the price paid, it was decent! I really liked it.
“Fine for the price”
We stay there when attending train shows at the nearby Fairgrounds. The motel is convenient to that location and inexpensive. Don't expect anything fancy - rooms are clean and staff friendly. Stayed there two separate times and will again. Fine value.
“The staff was great”
Ever have one of those days? I did and I pulled into The Inn at 10:30. Could not have asked for more with the service. Theresa went out of her way to make me feel welcome and to know that my needs would be met. Glad I picked this one. Will be back.
“great location”
Great value for the money. Clean, no frills.
“fine place to stay”
very convenient location. Easy to find, very clean, no problems at all.Would definately go back.
“An extremely expensive hotel stay”
I had locked my keys in my car one night of my stay that was about 11 degrees. After having no luck finding help I asked the desk clerk if they knew someone who could help. The person who she called ended up charging me $1,500 for 5 seconds of work to open my car door. No, that is not a typo - HE CHARGED ME $1,500 TO OPEN MY DOOR!!! So, if this is the service offered by this Hotel I do not think I can afford to stay with this chain again.
“It's ok for a one-night stay.”
It's ok for a one-night stay, and was actually a little bit better than expected. From the outside, it looks like a bad, cheap hotel, but it really wasn't that bad. However, I didn't like that the hallways where the elevator was were closed off for repainting the walls for the time I was there. Several areas did look like they needed repainting, but you shouldn't be closing off the entire area where the elevator is to do that.
