The Old Hall is situated in some magnificent gardens and the hosts are so welcoming. Breakfast was produced using top quality ingredients. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to everyone.

A very relaxing place to be.Posted Oct 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
If you are after a quiet nights sleep in a peaceful setting this is the place for you. The house is steeped in history. We were very well looked after from the time we arrived ,and will certainly stay here again when we are passing through.

Very old House with an interesting historyPosted Sep 30, 2014
Pros: The age and history
Cons: We were very satisfied with everything
Location: We were there for a family occasion so didn't go for sightseeing purposes
The Old Hall is to be recommended as there is plenty of character, lots to see and an interesting history to read. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was the old chapel which had a quirky shape that had been converted to bedroom and en suite in a sympathetic way. The Hall is set in beautiful gardens and parkland and is very quiet, apart from the bleating of sheep and clucking of hens.

I was made to feel very welcome on my visit. Carolyn was a great host and made a fantastic full English breakfast. The building itself is an old listed building and full of character and charm.
