The hotel is simple and don’t have mini fridge or anything but it is pretty close to the main station. Many restaurants and supermarkets around. The old guy that was the receptionist when we arrived was amazing, trying to help us the best way possible, otherwise in the day of our departure we woke up early just to have breakfast and then get our train, but we got stopped once the lady of the reception said that the breakfast was not included in our stay. We booked this hotel just because of this facility so I showed her my reservation/confirmation and either way she kept saying that the mistake was from hotels.com (where I made the reservation) not the hotel mistake. Well, once I work with hospitality I know that consumer must be always right and for sure it wasn’t MY FAULT. So they should solve the problem with hotels.com, not me but yeah, never gonna stay in this hotel again and hope hotels.com also do something/have any attitude about this inconvenient situation.
