Lovely hotel and would comeback
Great location, fantastic service, allowed us to borrow a wheelchair. 10’s across the board. 1 improvement would be door that is flush with sidewalk was card activated to open vs walking around to unlock. I’m sure there are reasons, just a minor tweak for a great hotel that spoiles you with luxury.

Great hotel in an excellent location. We chose it because of it's proximity to the shops and restaurants which where a few minutes walk away. Super easy parking in the underground carpark which was discontinued to €22 euros per day from the adverted €28 per day on checkout. Really enjoyed the pool and gym as well which where great additions. All the staff where amazing and wouldn't hesitate in staying again. The only downside for me was not having a kettle on the room to make tea and coffee

Lovely hotel
Le Royal was a great property. The service by everyone was amazing and extremely helpful. Rooms are lovely and the restaurant was excellent. The bar had some issues with being able to serve drinks efficiently, but when they did, it was great.

Good hotel, bad showers
The hotel was nice and located just outside the old town. Rooms were nice and large, hotel was overall very nice. The one disappointment was the shower, where the water kept fluctuating between hot and cold no matter what you did. There is simply no way to get a consistent temperature. Too bad, because other than that the hotel was very nice.

We arrived in LUX during a heatwave and our original hotel was older with no AC -- luckily within a few blocks was Le Royal, and they had 2 rooms left! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff is too notch. Highly recommended.

We loved this hotel! Our room was beautiful, quiet, clean and comfortable. All personnel was congenial, helpful and nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great spot!
Great location right at Old Town. Very easy and convenient to walk everywhere. The hotel staff was helpful, professional and friendly. The room was very comfortable and extraordinarily quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

I really tend to give a very honest reviews to help others make an informed decision, so If you’re expecting a 5* hotel/ services, then this is by no means the one. Probably it was on its heydays. It’s the equivalent of a very good 4* hotel. We have booked a double room /twin bed, & we made sure to write a request for the twin beds as I was travelling with my cousin, only to be told by a rude receptionist that she can’t do anything as they are fully booked. After speaking to the manager this issue was rectified. For us was the rude manners of the receptionist, rather than the lack of the twin beds “I forgot her name, but she was wearing glasses” Another very helpful and pleasant receptionist named Oksana from Ukraine was absolutely the 5 stars of the hotel. A person we were happy to remember their name! Another issue was that our booking comes with complimentary free shuttle to airport, when we asked for it, we were told that it’s not available. I would rather not make false promises to customers, regardless of the overall free transportation in the city. So this wasn’t a 5* hotel behaviour. The best part was the hotel location walking distance to all part of the city centre. Breakfast was also excellent. The duty manager of the hotel Elsie Danjou was very pleasant so as Oksana.

Hotel service was excellent - from free pickup and shuttle service at the airport to early room check-in at 10 am and daily fresh fruit plates. And, the location of the hotel was most convenient to lots of tourist attractions.

The hotel was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The adea is amazing. Free transportation and local to the town. Parking is hard to find but we were able to just leave it at the hotel
