“Hotel not impressive,..Staff is excellent”

Cons: The hotel room had a weird smell when we entered but it subsided later on. The room was small & not as well done up as many other Holiday Inn Express hotels. Bathroom was so-so. Not too good, not too bad. Pros: The breakfast was really good. Hotel staff at the reception was really helpful and guided us about things to do around the area. It was super cold so the person at the reception placed an additional heater in our room. Cheap option as central Lucerne is super expensive.
