Don't stay here!

Posted Sep 19, 2014
Check in was ok! However in our room was a different story no fitted sheet on the bed, a spider the size of the palm of my hand could not get a shower had to buy my own bleach to clean the shower before use, tv had a Crack in it didn't get to stay the whole visit checked out due to a man knocking on my hotel door at 2:30 am, I asked for extra towels was told sorry your only allowed 1 set a day we don't have extra here however down by my room there was where they have the towels. So bottom line never will I stay here again...oh and I called the hotel guy and he never even said anything about giving me part of my money since this happen!

Better attention to cleanliness(vacuuming, cleaning and mopping the bathroom) is needed. We received towels often that were stained. Many times our towels had holes or you could see through the worn fabric. There was no continental breakfast which was advertised; even if they had I would have been afraid to eat it due to lack of cleanliness and care. The price was very amenable and the staff was always hospitable.

Cheap- good for its price

Posted Jul 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
Considering that this place was a third of the cost of other hotels nearby, the quality did not surprise me. The service was nice, the man at the front desk was very polite and courteous, but the quality in the actual room was poor. Small old bath towels, cheap soap and shampoo, thin bed sheets, television was malfunctioning, and half filled feather pillows. You get what you pay for.

should be called America's worst hotel

Posted Jul 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
This was our worst experience with a hotel stay. When we first checked in we were planning to stay another night, however by the next morning we were leaving no matter what. The room was not the cleanest. There was hair all over the floor in the bathroom. The refrigerator was broken. The pictures hanging on the wall were falling out of their frames. The continental breakfast was literally just waffles and coffee, that's it, no juice. What child drinks coffee with their breakfast? The door leading out to the pool was broken, and after getting extremely rude with us even the manager couldn't get the door open (this was the only way to the pool). The manager was then IN OUR ROOM and was getting very rude and aggressive with us! I have never been so scared in my life! I could not wait for my sister and I to get my 2 daughters out of that situation! I had been told checkout was at noon, but when I told him I didn't feel comfortable staying another night he told me I had to be out by 11 which was in about 15 minutes from when he was in our room. My girls were all ready dressed in their swim suits ready to swim, and we quickly changed them and got out of there. The girls were scared and wanted to know why the man was so mean and yelling at us! All because he had to come open the door for the pool. We stayed in 4 different hotels during our week long trip and this was the ONLY one we had a problem with!!! I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE!!!

The service at the front desk was friendly but that was the only good thing about my stay. The room was FILTHY. Linens were dirty and stained and not put on the bed right, towels had hair and blue strings on them, carpet not vacuumed and was so filthy and full of dirt I had to wear shoes the whole time. The walls needed painted desperately and had holes in them that were plugged with tissues. There was no convenient entrance to get to the hotel.

Pros: Price. Staff.
Cons: Furnishings.
Location: Convenient location.
Very inexpensive motel so the price makes it worth the money. It's merely a place to shower and sleep. Furnishings are austere, but room seems adequately clean. Suitable for individual male travelers, but not for couples or families. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Travelers Beware

Posted Mar 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
The accommodations at this hotel are atrocious. The facility, as a whole, is clearly in need of renovations and is overpowered by the smell of cigarette smoke. I had to purchase Lydia and cleaning supplies during my stay. Why did I stay if conditions were this bad? There were no other vacancies :-(

Booted

Posted Mar 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
I was booted from the hotel reservation due to overbooking on the part of the hotel. The place I was put in was much better quality, and much closer to my event. Based off of the check in receipt, it also cost approximately 4x the original cost of my room stay at America's Best Value Inn. Thank you to Hotels.com for finding me somewhere else to stay when I was booted, and not charging me the extra fees.

Great value for a quick sleep.

Not luxury but better than a car seat or a tent and sleeping bag. Had fridge and microwave with a bed and a bath. What do you want for under $50?
