“Exceeded expectations”

The cost was reasonable so we didn't know what to expect. The rooms were nothing fancy but very clean and the desk help was particurally friendly and helpful. We would use this hotel again.

“The Right Hotel in the Right Location”

Very good value. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of parking. Our room was on a hill with parking in the back. Had a good view of The Peaks of Otter in the Blue Ridge Mountians.

It was functional, clean and liveable. Probably the best in this small town. Next to a great Mexican restaurant. It was a hot day & we felt that they could have had the A/C on in advance, since we had a reservation. So we had to enjoy the Mex Resturant while the room cooled.

“Cheap and cheerful”

On the outskirts of Bedford (5 mins drive) but easily reached from Parkway. Great rates and rooms ideal. Staff friendly.

“Very Clean, Hard to get to.”

Excellent service. Clean rooms. Low rates. Mountain Range view. Some confusion over my two bookings, one with Expedia, one on my own (trying to escape from hurricane Irene), otherwise treated like king. Just minutes from Blue Ridge Parkway. I will go back on my next Parkway adventure, instead of power generator hunting (which I found 4 miles away at Lowe's)

Nice motel for a budget minded individual

“OK Motel”

Stayed in this motel due to proximity to work. Only complaint I had was the room smelled a bit musty when I first entered the room. Musty smell vanished after running air conditioner for a short time. Bed was comfortable, TV reception was a bit fuzzy.

“Excelent coustomer service!”

The customer service was excellent. They offered service with a smille and went out of their way to help. My only complaint was our room was an older room. Being an older room it could use some repairs. Nothing major just new paint and walpaper. It was clean and easy to get to. We visited one of our friends room and it was a newer room. I would be willing to go back to the Bedford Day's Inn for another stay some time in the future.

“All in All...”

My band played a Blues festival at Sedelia and we stayed here 2 nights. The staff was very nice to us. They even opened the pool early and let us check out at twelve instead of eleven. I would ask for the new section. We will stay here again.
