Only one working elevator ..... VERY hard time using it at all, so try to stay on lower level! During busy times the wait was unbearable.

Nice stay for the weekend college trip. Wish the rates were better for being purchased third party, although I have Marriott rewards I could not earn for all that was spent which is a shame.

Exceeded expectations all around!
The staff at Fairfield were amazing. From Ireland whom I first spoke with to each member of the staff - warm and welcoming. The place smelled great, the rooms were very clean, and all around a GREAT value. The team at this Fairfield is doing a great job!!

Great place to stay if you are visiting Liberty University. We were there for CFAW and it was very close to campus with access to LUs transportation or within walking distance of the campus. Great room with comfortable beds and all the amenities. Good breakfasts and I enjoyed the cookies in the afternoon.

Great place to stay in Lynchburg
We love to stay at this Fairfield Inn when we are in Lynchburg. The staff is super friendly amd the hotel is always clean.

Room was very clean. Refrigerator was nice and cold. Beautiful view. Beautiful area. People could not be more helpful. If you needed something, just ask. I will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel on the edge of the Liberty University campus. Well kept and clean. Friendly hard working staff. The only downside was the breakfast. The temperature and quality of food was sub par. I have stayed here multiple times and it was better in the past.

Our stay was very good. The breakfast selection could have been better; i.e., more of a selection like waffles, eggs and sausage or bacon, instead of an egg sandwich with meat.

The staff here was the most helpful, friendly, pleasant staff I have ever encountered at a hotel and we stay at many since we travel for business frequently. Julie stood out but her co-workers are equally as helpful, friendly and polite as could be. What a lovely staff!

As a Marriott property, it was dated, lacked a safe in the room. Bathroom was lacking proper lighting in the shower area. Tub was old and tub base was stained. Reception was kind and cordial, breakfast was continental but adequate.
