“Great location”

Staff was very friendly.The hotel was kind of in between Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach. Which we thought was great! It's close to the outlet malls and good places to eat.

“Adequate and quiet accomodations”

Hotel is fairly new and in very good shape. Found room to be clean and adequate for my needs. Hotel is situated close to the highway and restaurants in Bedford area.

“"Decent Place to Stay"”

The front desk person was very nice and the breakfast was pretty good,maybe lacking in number of items. The only problem was finding the Hotel which was off the road(460) and hard to spot during the daytime hours which is when we arrived.

Friendly staff,clean rooms, excellent continental breakfast, great room rate, great location for travelers heading to smith mountain lake.

“Great place to stay near Lynchburg”

This hotel was great. The staff checking me in and out were both very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and amazingly clean. I formerly worked in a hotel, so I know where to look in a hotel room to find dirt. This room was great. The only downside to this hotel was that they didn't have an elevator. This wouldn't have mattered except I had recently sprained my ankle.

“Late night arrival”

After a very long travel/work day...I arrived rather late. I'm use to being received by a sleepy-eyed, disinterested night clerk. Happily, both ladies at the counter were engaging, professional and charming. I'll go back...no matter what the time of day.

“Satisfactory for the Price”

Courteous staff. Request a room on the back side of the motel.Nice view of the mountains in the distance. No luxury here, but met our needs for a four night stay.

“Good Place to Be!”

I found the people there to be most helpful. I am handicapped and when I was unloading my vehicle the lady running the desk asked if she could help. They were most courteous and helpful. The room was a little small for a handicapped room but I could move around ok. I found it clean and the amenities easy to use. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel.

“Nice Place to Stay”

The bed was exceedingly comfortable. It was very near the event we were attending. We had some difficulty controlling the air conditioner. A very good choice for us for the cost!
