Location: 徒歩圏内に、有名レストランがたくさんあります。 Brasserie Le Nord Leon de Lyon など。
フロントの対応がとても良く、快適に滞在できました。 ロビーに、エスプレッソマシーンがあるので、飲みたいときに自由に使えます。 また、フロントでミネラルウォーターももらえました。 バスタブもあり、シャワーの水圧も問題ナシ。 部屋に電気ポットと、スティックコーヒーと紅茶がありました。 立地重視の方にオススメです。 また、ホテル隣のカフェも内装がすばらしかったです。

Hôtel à proximité du centre ville

Pros: Nous avons apprécié la proximité immédiate du centre ville, le personnel, la chambre.
Cons: L'ascenseur uniquement pour 2 personnes, s'arrêtant au 5ème étage pour un établissement comportant un 6ème étage.
Location: Le quartier est à proximité immédiate du centre ville et comporte des brasseries et restaurants très convivials
De passage à Lyon à l'occasion de la fête des Lumières, nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement. Un parking se trouve à proximité immédiate de cet hôtel. Malgré l'affluence à l'occasion de cet évènement l'accueil a été charmant et attentionné. Le petit bémol, une chambre au 6ème étage alors que l'ascenceur s'arrête au 5ème ! Cependant la chambre était accueillante et très bien décorée.

Decent Hotel for the Money

This hotel is in a great location. Close to everything you want to see or eat. The hotel was part of an Expedia package, and we might have considered going elsewhere otherwise, because the hotel room that we got was just at the borderline of acceptable. HOWEVER, the truly great and caring staff is what makes the hotel an acceptable choice.

Pros: ロケーションが良いわりに価格は安め。
Cons: エレベーターが小さすぎて笑えます。全体的に小さい作りなので若干窮屈感があります。
旧市街へも徒歩で行けます。ロケーションが良いわりに価格は安めです。 朝食はかなりシンプルで、値段を考えればお得感は薄いかも。 メトロのColdelier駅からのアクセスは出口を間違えると変な方向へ行ってしまうので、よく調べておくほうがいいでしょう。カフェなどがたくさん並ぶ通りにあるので、夜も結構騒がしい感じです。 Monoprixなどのスーパーも近くにあって便利でした。

Didn't sleep here.

After having booked and paid through hotels.com we arrived at about 9PM and were given the keys to our room. Arriving in our room we found it uncleaned after the previous tenants-wet towels on the floor, beds unmade etc. Returning to the desk to report the situation the manager went to verify what we said. After assuring himself, he said he didn't check after the maid and she said it was done. I really dislike when someone in charge shifts the blame onto the worker and I do not care about the details just the solution. He then informed me that there was no other room. With two men at the desk it seemed that the obvious thing would be to ask us to wait while the room was cleaned, perhaps eat dinner and come back since we mentioned that we were starving and concerned that it was getting so late we might night find anything open on a Monday night. This is not what they chose to do. Instead the manager called a hotel a couple of blocks and walked us over there. All this happened after our car was parked near the original hotel so it became a nuisance. We were fine in the new room but I wanted to let people know about how the staff solves problems such as this.

Such helpful staff

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, very pleasant breakfast: reasonable selection of good quality options and as much freshly ground coffee as we wanted.
Cons: Shower holder came away from the wall and a day later had not been repaired.
Location: Location ideal for tourism. 5-10 minutes relaxed walk to main Museums, Old City, river bank walks, restaurants and shops, and St Antoine food Market.
We booked this hotel as one central to the sights of Lyon - we wanted the option to return to the hotel for a rest during the day. The reception staff could not have been more helpful and when we mentioned the (temporary) renovation noise from the next door room (which was not part of the hotel) our room was changed without hesitation. Free coffee from a machine in reception and bottled water was an unexpected bonus.

Good location, fairly decent hotel, but I couldn't clear the perimeter of the bed in the room. Very cramped. Also, no air conditioning which is an issue as it's quite warm and very loud if you open windows.

Qd chambre au 5 eme, il aurait été bienvenue une climatisation. Très chaud et impossibilité de laisser fenêtre ouverte du fait du bruit.
