This is a nice property with friendly staff who ensured the stay was comfortable. I checked in late and there were no dining options, either at the hotel or in the vicinity.

Hôtel parfait
Super hotel et personnel au top Tout est parfait propreté au top, super literie ( seul bémol j'entendais beaucoup le bruit des voitures dans la rue: chambre 606) Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel Je recommande cet hotel .Nous avons trouvé de la place pour garer notre voiture juste en bas de l hotel donc payer le parking est inutile

The hotel was excellent. The breakfast was excellent, but the hotel was not very nice to me. There was an error in my Expedia reservation ( it indicated 2 travelers but I was in fact traveling alone). They charged me extra for my room and an extra breakfast even when I asked them to remove the extra charges. And I speak French fluently! Never again will I stay at this hotel.

Great hotel!
Hotel in great conditions, very modern and with all comfort. Very close to public transportation in Lyon and close to Pod Lyon and great restaurants. Great service from staff. Excellent relation price - value.

My 2 night stay was okay. The rooms were a good size. It was clean. I was charged a €440 deposit upon check in even though my room had been pre-paid and charged my friend €70. They tried to charge me €47 worth of extras upon check out. When I asked they automatically charged me for breakfast when you check out that had to be corrected. I actually only owed €5. The pillows are really bad. Not impressed. Only paper cups in the rooms. They didn’t come by to clean the room until 6pm the night before leaving so there was no point. I wouldn’t go back.

Overall really good stay! Room was spacious, easy check in and out, breakfast was more than complete. Staff pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent with buses, tram and metro nearby. Le Garage restaurant did not disappoint us, really good value for money. The room was really clean. Minor room for improvment: Pillows are really thin, no refill of tissue the last 3 days, shower head blocked with calcium/ limescale deposit so no water flow (bathroom remained cleaned, no issue). No conditionner or body lotion so bring yours.

Really good stay
Good modern hotel with a great breakfast. The valet parking was also much appreciated and very efficient. Location of hotel was also really good.
