Beds, mattress and pillows were very comfortable, unfortunately there was a wedding and we were the closest room to the reception and the wedding guests appeared to have no control over there small children (5/6/7/8) running riot well after 11pm. My wife hardly slept, and my sleep was interrupted. We stayed on the way down with no issues and hence we returned,but our return trip was spoilt by this unfortunate turn of events.

Great hotel - will come back
I liked it a lot, its in good condition, lots of fun activities for kids, nice room, easy to access, good breakfast. My only grumble would be the price of a beer, though it seems novotel always charge silly money at the bar. I will stay there again.

Le soir de l'arrivée pas d'eau chaude, le lendemain toujours pas d'eau chaude. La réceptionniste a dit que c'était le cas dans tout l'hôtel, même pas d'excuses de sa part. Pouvoir prendre une douche chaude c'est un minimum attendu d'un hôtel, non?

Bonjour Loic, Je vous remercie d’avoir pris le temps de nous écrire pour nous faire part de votre mécontentement.Je suis désolée que le service et la prestation n’aient pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes, et je vous prie d’accepter mes excuses.Notre hôtel a effectivement rencontré un problème de fuite sur notre chaudière impactant la production d’eau chaude le 7 juillet. Il va de soi que cette situation était indépendante de notre volonté et que nous avons aussi impacter par cette problématique pour le bon fonctionnement des services annexe. Nous avons fait au mieux pour faire intervenir notre service technique au plus vite et dès 7H30, l’un de nos techniciens faisait son maximum pour réparer le problème et remettre en état de fonctionnement la production d’eau chaude. La situation a été rétablie à la normale dans la matinée. J'espère que nous aurons malgré tout le plaisir de vous revoir, Belle journée,

The hotel is clean and up-to-date with friendly staff. The attached restaurant is great, better than I would expect for a hotel restaurant, but then again, it is France where all the food is excellent. There is even a Super Nintendo in the lobby which the kids enjoyed. It was perfect for one night en route to another destination. I would definitely come back again.

Family overnight stop
Fast and easy check in. Good sized rooms even with the sofa beds made into beds. Modern and clean bathroom. Good selection at breakfast. Not far from the motorway but very quiet.

Fine room but bad service
We stayed in this hotel just for one night while travelling south. The room and the breakfast were OK, but the staff appear not qualified to do their job. First, the check in staff was unfriendly. Then the cleaning lady was washing the floor at the reception without putting a visible sign. That resulted in my son slipping and hurting himself badly. I complained to the receptionist, but he gave bad excuses, and finally he put the sign where guests could see it. Overall, room is fine, but the staff is not.

Room was sub standard, Smart Tv didn’t work, window that didn’t shut, and to top it off no daily housekeeping and when this was raised with reception all I was told was it was in my booking confirmation which it wasn’t! Being forced to sleep in dirty bedding for another night I cut my stay short and left at 11pm. If your not going to operate the basics as a hotel just shut the doors and don’t allow guests.

Novotel Bron est très, très bonne
After a long day travelling the pool was a welcome site, rooms large & very clean. Food in restaurant excellent for both evening meal and breakfast with a wide variety of choice and Gluten Free products. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in reception and restaurant.Perfect stop-over hotel to and from the South of France.

The property has been renovated since my last visit and had a modern entrance and bar/restaurant area. I was not keen on the lack of reception area, being replaced by staff wandering around using tablets/mobile phones for check in.

Hotel fine but deceptive room/beds description
Nice hotel, but we specifically booked 2 rooms with a double bed and 2 single beds in each. It turns out the 2 single beds are actually a double pull out sofa bed. You can book a double with sofa bed room type in other local hotels for almost half the price so feel very deceived. On querying with the staff, In French, I was told this was a translation problem in the English room description as they had no rooms in the hotel with 2 single beds only sofa beds.

Good hotel, the restaurant is good, food not too bad. Rooms were a little small, but comfortable, bit noisey as the hotel was full.
