Staff incompetent, rooms noisy

Posted Dec 25, 2011 on Hotels.com
This was a very disappoinitng experience. The rooms barely have windons, so you could hear virtually everything that went on outside, and in India a lot goes on outside. The staff was either untrained or very rude (or both). Hotels.com should stop working with this hotel.

Hotel Kohinoor at Vanasthali Marg, Jaipur

Posted Aug 29, 2011
Selected this Hotel after going through lot of reviews for other hotels in Jaipur. I was travelling to Jaipur from Pune by Train, So, an obvious preference was that Hotel should be located near station. I booked the room considering the cheap rate comparing to other hotels of similar size.Railway Station as such is located in the heart of the city. I reached Kohinoor hotel at around 3 p.m by manually driven rickshaw. The building as such is around 4 floor with other similar size hotels adjacent to it.. The lounge is small but comfortable. I was given a room on the 4th floor. The room as such was small but comfortable for a small family. As such the rooms are secure with no disturbance.

Hotel Kohinoor à Jaipur: hotel passable

Posted Jul 31, 2010 on Hotels.com
