Staff was very friendly. Pool and hot tub were both non working. One of the main reasons we stayed there. Breakfast was poor. Cereal, bagels, toast and frozen sausage biscuits, waffles. That's it. The beds were super comfy. Ac blew snowballs. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again because it's so affordable.

Very nice and quiet. Spent a night with daughter and 2 grandkids. Was disappointed the pool heater wasn’t working and hot tub wasn’t working. Also disappointed with the breakfast..did have waffles and muffins and cereal, was hoping for eggs and bacon gravy and biscuits. The staff was excellent.

The hotel is showing its age. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked, etc. However if you are looking for a clean, quiet, and safe place to stay, it’s a great option.

This property is in need of a total renovations. Limited electrical outlets in the room, refrigerator did not get cold at all. Breakfast was sub-par and just basic. Washer and dryer stop working while we were using them.

The pool heater was out again. The a/c unit kept glitching and changing degrees without changing the temperature. Mini fridge wasn’t cold. Tub is VERY slick on the sides, so if you don’t step directly on the center of the tub you’ll slip.

This is in a great location, very clean, and great service. My only "complaint" is that the breakfast could have more options.

Drapes were water stained and night stand wasn't cleaned - lots of water marks that I was able to wipe off. Cleaning left a lot to be desired. Back of bathroom door was damaged from water.

Quality Suites - Stay for Canton- TX
We noticed water damage and I am sure repairs were going on. Pillows were something else. There were 4 (1/2) pillows on the bed. The window glass had been patched with clear mailing tape. Breakfast less desirable.

The price was great. The property is dated but mostly clean. Bathrooms had mildew on the grout and in the corners. There was rust all over the Kleenex holder. The Christmas decoration were great

Easy to find, overall good stay. Bathroom was not in best shape with tile and tub chipped but clean. Bed comfortable but a musty smell noted upon entering. Did get better after AC was on awhile.

I reserved our room for a 6 day stay expecting the hotel to have the amenities it advertised.. the jacuzzi was broken, laundry facilities unusable, 1 working ice machine for 3 story building,,black mold in shower and room reeked of a musty moldy smell. Staff were super helpful but most of my concerns couldn’t be addressed by them I was told the hotel will be getting a total remodel It definitely needs it but in the meantime they’re not going to put any money into before that happens

When we got to our room we found a roach crawling by the A/C unit. Our ice machine on the 3rd floor was not even there so we couldn’t get Ice. In the lobby up on ceiling we noticed alot of water damage peeling paint and mold. In the pool area the jacuzzi was out of order, ceiling looked horrible with the paint peeling too.

Very spacious and good enough for a short stay in this area. It lacks the attention to detail in cleanness and maintenance, for example the bathroom door was crooked and did not shut; there were ink or paint stains on the bedding

I enjoyed our stay so much that I didn't want to leave!!. The room was so open and comfortable I wanted to sleep for Days!!! Will definetly be staying again. The only thing was for breakfast the first day only had boiled eggs and the second day no eggs. But really wasn't a problem

Quick to get a room in an emergency. Our Ac went out and they had a room for us. Kids thought it was great! The breakfast was very good and the Texas waffle was fun for the kids. Very clean and beds are comfoy and rooms are very cool!!!

This hotel used to be nice but it just seemed really run down needs a lot of upgrades compared to what it's all the other hotels in the area. There were kids that were running up and down the top floor and the bottom floor next door. The bedding did not smell clean especially the pillows. The front staff was very nice and the staff was nice but that doesn't make it for the other things.
