Strategic location in the heart of Macau City

Posted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: Location is what I like about this hotel. It's situated near to Lisboa, Wynn, MGM etc hotels and casinos.
Cons: More frequent shuttle bus service & add more chairs at the front lobby.
Location: There are so many restaurants and shops near the hotel. A lot of good and tasty food in Macau! We find it better than those in HongKong.
The free shuttle bus service provided by the hotel from Macau Ferry Terminal to the hotel was taken too long, we have to walk up & down searching for the particular bus at the bus terminal for almost 1/2 hour before the arrival of the red bus. Upon enquiry at the front desk, was told that the bus service is 1/2 hour interval. It's too long comparing to other hotels and casinos! Also, there's not enough chairs at the lobby for hotel guests, there was only one 3 seater and a two seater sofa only. Definitely not enough for guests while waiting for check-in and check-out, or while waiting for shuttle bus!

Nice for one night

If you are experiencing Macau for a short trip, this should be the one. Nice place to relax, sauna and massage services are top. Well located in downtown Macau.

Pleasant hotel close to many casinos

Posted Feb 2, 2014
Pros: Centrally located and close to many famous casinos nearby. It was ideal to visit all those casinos late at night and could walk back to the hotel.
Cons: Some hotel staff were not very fluent in English.
Location: Heaps of casinos- best things to do in Macau!
Room was ready in good condition. Although I heard that there will be cigarettes smell in many hotel rooms in Macau, our room which was located on the non-smoking floor did not have such unpleasant odour. Hotel staff were generally helpful.

Hotel close to the City.

Posted Feb 2, 2014
Pros: Shuttle bus service
Hotel close to the Macau city center. Near to LIsboa hotel and Holiday Inn hotel. Near to supermarket. Not shuttle bus service. Taxi 5 times expensive from hotel to ferry terminal. Then your little walk to hotel LIsboa or Star world hotel. That two hotels have free shuttle bus service from / to Macau ferry terminal.

Really disappointed in this hotel

Posted Dec 12, 2013
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Renovate the rooms.
Location: Good location but there are hundreds of hotels nearby as well.
Staff seemed overwhelmed with amount of people checking in. Only able to speak very little English and were not polite at all. Room was dirty: carpets were stained and filthy and so was the bathroom. Was a little worried about just sleeping there.
