Pretty Impressive hotelPosted Jul 29, 2011
The Four Seasons is always a great hotel to stay at. Attention to detail and comfort is definitely top of mind at FS Macau. It is definitely a quieter hotel compared to the other hotels with casinos. You can always walk over to the Venetian or the Plaza for gambling as the 3 hotels are connected. The only bad experience was that we had 2 rooms and one of the Non smoking rooms was smoked in. On contacting reception, they upgraded both our rooms to Executive suites which was nice on their part.

Quiet 5 star comfort.Posted Jun 27, 2011 on Hotels.com
Four Seasons Macao is for visitors who would like a quiet respite after a hectic day gambling/shopping in Macao. Very clean and facilities were topnotch. Just couldn't figure why WiFi cost so much. MOP$160/day?

Macau is a great place and 4 seasons is Awesome!Posted Jun 13, 2011
What is there to say? It is an incredible hotel and the staff are trained very well. The breakfast buffet is the most incredible one on the planet also!. Walking distance to both the Plaza Casino and the Venetian Casino. And the shopping? Incredible also! I give the Fours Season Macau my highest possible rating!

We had a great week end in Four Seasons Macao; the service was impecable begining with concierge, reception up to the spa services. We were upgraded to the Executive Room that wa superb, went to the spa, pretty expensive but worth every penny and spend our time by the pool which was nice and quite; there are cabins around the pool withTV and beds so you can stay covered from the afternoon sun. The Chinese restaurant inside the hotel had excellent food. All in all a great experience.

Beautiful Hotel and Outstanding ServicePosted Jun 23, 2010
This hotel is exactly what one should expect of a 5 star hotel and they deliver. We stay at many 5 star hotels and this one really lives up to it. The service was extraordinary! When we first arrived at the hotel, they gave my son a stuffed koala. My 4 year old son loves to be acknowledged and we love it when the staff takes time to welcome him. We were upgraded to a suite, which was gorgeous. The pool complex was the most beautiful I have ever seen. It was kid friendly and the staff was so attentive. The hotel restaurant, Belcanção, was amazing. The decor was beautiful and the food amazingly delicious. The staff was very helpful and careful regarding my son's peanut allergy. We will return to this Four Seasons as often as possible! My son loved the hotel so much he did not want to leave it to see the sights! Just book a car with the hotel for the ride in because the shuttle does not accommodate the luggage nor will the driver help you with your bags, even if you are a petite woman!

Four Seasons Macau-Pure LuxuryPosted May 15, 2010 on Hotels.com
This is a beautiful hotel. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. There was a Nespresso machine in the room to make a great cup of coffee in the morning. The lobby offers a tea time which we enjoyed shortly after checking in. It hit the spot. I love the level of service. Everywhere we went, someone was there to hold the door open for us.
