Nice hotel at Pajuçara beach front, spacious room, the widest bed i have ever slept, i had to “roll” to reach my wife, two queen beds together. Breakfast was very good, hotel staff very friendly.

Loved it. Very clean . Safe. Beautiful pool area . Quiet at night which is important to us as my husband is a light sleeper .Breakfast buffet was amazing . Staff was also great. Very happy with my decision to stay here . Will definitely stay again. Honestly can’t believe it’s a best western . Back home they are not this nice .

Not your ordinary Best Western back in the states
Got to check in early. Which was a plus because of an early flight. Room was spacious, clean , modern. Staff was super helpful. The maids would leave hand written notes of well wishes everyday with candy. Just a overall great experience staying there. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Maceió. Also it’s in the best location

Nice hotel but very expensive at €200 a night, staff charged extra but eventually got refund and staff ringing after 11 pm at night looking for payment at earlier meal that other staff member put on my tab... big mess

Slowest Restaurant- two other small diners and we waited 40 minutes for simple breakfast…. .on check out- Credit card pmt none working so needed to pay cash - ridiculous. Old building, needs a complete renovation.

Great service with terrible Internet service
I've been in this hotel several time. The Hotel itself is clean, the service is fantastic, the breakfast is very good. However the internet is terrible, some time didn't work at all. NEED improvement.

We were in Natal and Maceio for 2 weeks and 3 hotels. Best Western was the best of the 3!! Very surprised. The price very reasonable and there is not one bad thing I can say for this hotel. We loved the pool, bar, gym, service, location , room .. can not find one bad thing in this hotel. Even the uber drivers were saying that this was the best hotel in Maceio and we completely agree. Pedro at reception told great stories of how he spent time in California and Mexico in English. Staff is top notch. He gave us food to feed the fish which was a pleasant surprise. Bravo to the management and we will definitely come back.

The hotel is a decent condition right next to the public beach of Maceio. The room didn’t have a balcony. The room was spacious and the bed was good. The gym is decently equipped. The place was really crowded during our entire stay.

Just ok...
The hotel was very clean, but very basic. Most of the linens had been removed supposedly to prevent guests getting the virus. As well the mini bar had been removed and the coffee pot. I had to repeatedly ask for wash cloths, and towels. The dust ruffle was removed from the bed as well. My A/C broke in my initial room and I was moved to another room. I did get some bottled waters and cokes for my ‘mini bar’. Breakfast was included but the servers kept adding Ice to my drinks, which was not good as one should not drink the water there...and that caused some issues. Generally I slept well, but they had removed the blankets and I only had sheets on my bed. There were a lot of things that did not make sense as one would not get the virus from a dust ruffle or a blanket if the items were cleaned properly between guests. I was told this was “THE best hotel in Maceio...”. It was clean but certainly a disappointment

Foi uma experiência incrível a hospedagem neste hotel. Não temos absolutamente nada do que reclamar. Fomos super bem antendidos do início ao fim, funcionários sempre solícitos, em especial a camareira Ariana, que deixava nosso quarto sempre limpinho e organizado, além dos mimos. Estrutura do hotel excelente, tudo muito limpo, organizado, clean, tanto a recepção quanto o quarto. Café da manhã com muita variedade, de bom agrado para todos, tapioca e omelete feitos na hora, várias opções de sabores. Tudo muito bom. Única sugestão que dou é incluírem opção para quem tem restrição de açúcar. Opção sem lactose tinha. Quarto muito confortável, ficamos num standart duas camas Queen, e nos disponibilizaram tbm berço para bebê. Tinha vista parcial para o mar. Roupa de cama limpinha e cheirosa. Um destaque especial para o chuveiro, que delícia de chuveiro. Enfim, só elogios. Merece todo reconhecimento
